Complete Overhead Door

Called prior to arriving which I appreciated, arrived on time, and informed me of what needed to be done and were very attentive to the decisions I made.

It went great. The guy started working then let me know when he was done. He also showed me how to operate and told me if I had any problems to give them a call. Great service.

They were great. Jeff came out within the hour I called. He inspected it and gave me several options of repair or replacement with costs involved for each. We ended up replacing the door. John and James came out the next day and put the new garage door in no time. Very respectful and quality men work for this company.

I was very impressed with their service. The office person was very friendly and had someone over to the house in less than three hours to fix the problem. Jeff, who came out to the house quickly found out what was wrong. He had new springs with him and carefully removed both older springs and replaced them with new ones. He was very professional and obviously had much experience. Everything got installed and he was very careful in the garage with two vehicles in his way. He was a nice man and we would call this company again or recommend them to anybody. What a lifesaver!! Thanks to Angie's List!

They tuned up my garage door. He was very knowledgable and did the work quickly.

They didn't get an A from me on punctuality because they were late on the install time and nobody bothered to call, I had to call them. Install was quick and seamless. The installer showed me how the remotes worked and the functions of the wall mount. I opted to include the internet gateway for our smart phones and it was a breeze to get up and running. I didn't require any help from Liftmaster to make this work. The instructions are short and to the point, anybody could do this! I was disappointed that my Homelink didn't sync in my car, but I knew going in that my model year might not be compatible. It's fine, I have the visor remote and my phone can open the door. Very happy with my purchase!

The were prompt in contact but given our location had some scheduling challenges. But I can say they kept us up to date so we didn't mind. Service was fine. Door certainly is quieter. A few things of note. There are some things that can't be fixed with a tuen up the take at least a panel if not a door replacement. During the tune up the technician pointed out a few places on the door that will fail in the near future. Really a garage door tune up can be done by anyone with a wrench and a can of spray lubricant. Roller replacement is about $15 off Amazon and is very easy as well. But to me those are the bonus items. I pay a pro for their knowledge and advice. These guys did just that. They brought knowledge and experience which I value. There was a little misstep with the spring tightening. Big deal said it was included but normally is would not be. They would just check and advise. But when called they prompting made it right. So I'm pleased. A company that gives their honest opinion based on experience and stands by their word. Hard to beat that these days.

They scheduled the appointment. When they arrived they apologized that they didn't have the equipment in stock right now. They offered this garage door wheels instead which I went ahead and took because I had taken off that day for the appointment and couldn't take off again. However, it seems like they should have confirmed with me that they had the equipment in stock when they scheduled the appointment.

They were mostly on time - called if late and apologized - and were very professional and quite friendly and nice. Would definitely use them again and appreciated so much the very quick turnaround - all done in one day.

Truly a great experience. I was all prepared to replace my garage doors as I had not used the proper support when installing garage door openers 14 yrs ago. Brian provided a strut support bracket and my doors will last me a long time. They come out yesterday to take a look and completed the service the next day. Great job, I was truly impressed at the honesty of this company. They could have sold a new door but gave me the better options.

I purchased the big deal for the keyless entry but also needed an inspection and tune up for the garage door. I recently purchased the home and the home inpection indicated a problem with the reversal and the sensors needed adjusting (too high). The technicial (Scottie) was extremely efficient in installing the key pad but I was not as happy with the tuneup. He indicated that there was not a problem with the reversal of the door but he really did not test it. The tune up consisted of spraying the springs and he was finished. I rated the service an oveall A because of the price and installation of the keypad, and Scottie's help with programming the remote in my car. I do not like the sounds the garage door makes and I am contemplating using Overhead Doors a second time but I have not yet decided that they are my vendor of choice.

The serve technician was very knowledgeable and was quick with the repair/tune up of my garage doors. The company was nice to throw in a "free" tune up for my additional garage door. We were frustrated that our service was scheduled in a window time frame and we called 30 minutes after our window had "closed" to inquire where the technician was. He was a total of an hour late for the call.

This started as a service call but turned into a new door and opener - but that's a good thing. I picked out a door online while speaking with Scott. It was a custom size and had some detail to it. I was out of town when it was installed (my sister was here for the installation but didn't quite know what we had discussed) and when I saw the picture I knew it was not what Scott and I had spoken about. When I returned, I contacted Scott and within a few days, all issues were resolved. This is the nicest, quietest garage door I have ever had and even though there were a couple of issues, they attended to them and made me totally happy. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I purchased this service for my garage but before our service call my garage caught fire. I called them up and asked if they were able to transfer my purchase to my brothers house. They were more than willing! After a quick inspection of my brothers garage door, they were able to give it a complete tune up and my brother could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend. Provider was prompt, courteous, and was able to discover a problem with the garage door opener that no other provide was able to provider. My garage door works like a charm now for the first time in years.

We didn't have to wait at all for them to come out and fix the problem. They responded very fast and David was very friendly, explained everything and worked fast. Garage works much better and faster now. We love the new drive belt with the keypad. The price was a little on the higher side but it was all worth it. Would definitely use them again.

That tuned out great. Just one technician came out and it took him about hour to an hour and a half. He was helpful. He made suggestions and made recommendations for what type of rollers I should upgrade too and I was very happy with that service for me. They also put sticker with their information above the garage door open so that I have their information.

They came on time, give me a reasonable estimate and fix everything professionally.

These guys were incredible!!! My garage door would not open at all and it was a Saturday. Other companies I called said it would be at least a week before they could come out. These guys said no problem and came out by the end of the day. I needed a complete new system, which I expected as it was an old unit. They were fast, professional, and friendly. Both guys made me feel like they truly cared and were charging me a fair price, which was lower than other bids I got for the same service.
