Description of Work: Our garage door spring broke and we took the opportunity to replace the two garage doors (one large, one small). Complete provided a courtesy spring to allow us to use the door while the new doors were on order. The only hiccup was that one of the doors arrived in the wrong color from the manufacturer. Took around 3 months to get the new doors, but they were installed professionally, look great, and are smooth and quiet. Staff was easy to work with, but occasionally hard to reach. Will use this company again.

Description of Work: I was promptly contacted through Angie's List about our emergency need, was visited by a service person the same day, and he helped us maximize the Angie's Deal by showing us what items portions of the job we could quickly take care of ourselves affordably in preparation for the technician to arrive and install the new door three days later. That saved us at least $200 additional. The price quoted was what we paid and we are very, very pleased with the results and professionalism of every employee we encountered. Only complaint would be that technician appeared to have smoked on our property during install and didn't sweep up all the little sharp screws, leaving us to protect our tires by sweeping them up ourselves before our cars could re-enter the garage. But that's really nitpicking, because we were very pleased with the advice, products, and installation.

Description of Work: We thought our garage door was on its last leg & needed replacement. The technician who came said that it was unfortunately the opener going out. We purchased a new opener & new rollers also. He put an extra brace on the door to help where it had buckled at the top. We were very pleased with this company's we have used them before & will use them again.
