I called Complete Overhead door company to have them check my garage door opener. It had not been serviced for several years. The technician arrived within the pre-arranged time period. After he did a preliminary check, he advised me that I needed more support on the door itself and that several of the joints needed screws. We discussed the strength of the spring and I decided to go ahead and replace the spring. He was very straight-forward with my options and the cost of each. I agreed to have to work done. He was able to do the work immediately as he had everything he needed in his truck. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time and at the agreed-upon cost. My garage door is like new and the opener works better than ever. I will definitely have Complete overhead come to do a yearly check-up. I was very impressed with the technician's professionalism and his work.

This was A+ service from start to finish. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with this company. Before they came out, our garage was a mess. It was the original detached garage from 1948 complete with the original manual doors and lift mechanisms. I initially got an estimate a couple months prior to install and they were extremely competitive, it's true that no one beat their prices. Since the garage interior wasn't even drywalled, Scott came out first and built out a sturdy trim system around the openings, replaced any rotting wood and hauled away all materials from the old doors. This trim was a truly professional job. They waited patiently while the garage was drywalled and easily fit me back into the schedule once that was completed. On the day the doors were to be installed, Scott called to tell me that when he got to the distributor's to pick them up, a couple of panels were dented. He was so apologetic and did everything to get me new doors ready for install the very next day. It was no big deal and I was glad he had taken the time to inspect them carefully so as not to show up with dented doors like some inferior company may have done. The install was not an easy one since the garage was so old and it was uneven in places. They stuck it out though and did an amazing job. Once completed, Scott noticed two places where gaps were present due to the uneven driveway and one trim wall that leaned a bit. He came back two day later for no additional charge and added an extra trim piece and installed a rubber barrier on the bottom of the door to ensure a tight seal. He was awesome. Wonderful workmanship and such courteous service. His employee Cliff was so great at explaining everything (even getting back to me after hours!) and keeping me updated. Like I said, A+ service. Definitely use these guys, they go above and beyond and that's hard to find these days.

I had a $30 coupon. Before it sounded like a train coming through and now I can't hear it. They were good. He was pretty personable and he knew what he was talking about. I would recommend them. I couldn’t get the price any cheaper.
