The service technician showed up right on time and performed the replacement quickly. The end result was exactly what I had ordered and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the company was great. They answered my initial call and a technician was in my garage less than an hour later. Jon, the technician seemed very knowledgeable and was very informative. He inspected the door, found the problems, and gave me different options and pricing. The estimate was free and the price reasonable. I chose to go ahead with the repairs. He did have to make one trip back to the company because my door needed more parts than he had on hand. But the run took only a few minutes. My repairs were complete within 2 hours of my first call. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

I had no problems with them except one guy, who kind of scared me, one man taking all these big doors down and putting two big doors in. He came in, got the job done, and the work was all right.
