Did a good job, but dripped lubricant all over garage floor. It took several weeks to evaporate which is not what was expected by service men on sight.

AMAZING service!!! A very nominal after hours cost for a Friday night service call. The technicians were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were at the house within an hour of the call for service. HIGHLY recommend and Complete Overhead will be the FiIRST company I will call for future issues.

It went well. The contractor was knowledgeable and polite.

Entire job took 10minutes, at most. Last time, Bruce spent over 30 minutes on the tune-up alone and went beyond our expectations to make sure everything on the door was lubed and functioning properly. Bruce performed every listed item in the description of this deal. This time, David replaced the rollers, did a quick lube job and left. Finally, David had no idea we had already paid for these services and attempted to charge us again.

No complaints whatsoever... it was quick easy transaction. I completely forgot about the appointment and I wasn't home when the contractor arrived. He waited for me till I came back and he was very courteous and very professional. I am happy with the service provided

It went well. All work requested was accomplished in a short amount of time. Also he helped with the noise as well, it is a lot better after such a small improvement. I asked him a lot of questions about other garage related items and he was happy to answer. Easy going nice guy.

I called in the late afternoon around 3pm. When I mentioned that my garage door wouldn't close the receptionist transferred my call to the scheduler so that they could get a technician out to my house asap. The repairmen were there by 4:45pm. The garage door's problem was quickly diagnosed with the option of two fixes: add 2 braces to the existing door, or get a new door. We opted for the braces and the job was done in 10 minutes. The repairmen then programmed our keyless entry pad and our car to the opener. The garage door is functioning better than it ever has and is even quieter than before. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I felt the price was fair and the repairmen were honest and hardworking. I will not hesitate to use this company again should any other problems arise.

Absolutely outstanding. The technician (David) arrived exactly when he said that he would be at my home. I explained how the garage door was damaged and pointed out the main problem and he had that issue fixed within about 1 minute. He also performed tune up of 2 garage doors (one was a 2 car bay that the tension spring needed adjusting and the second was a 1 car bay that just needed some TLC). David also took the time to inspect both bay doors and made a recommendation of some maintenance that would prevent damage to the 1 car bay garage door. 1. Punctual (check) 2. Accomplished what I needed done (check) 3. Went above and beyond what I needed done (double check) 4. Gave the garage doors (both) an assessment and made recommendations without being pushy about it (Great Stuff) Overall the experience was outstanding, David and his team were "no-nonsense" and just got the job done. I am moving to a new house soon and will be calling Complete Overhead Door again to perform an assessment (advisory call) as I have plans for those garage doors as well.

I ordered an Angie's Big Deal for a garage door tuneup and a key pad for $99. When they arrived we were told that the key pad would not work with our current garage door opener. Also that the garage door opener that we had probably wouldn't last another week. We purchased a new garage door, it was installed and the key pad installed.

I just purchased a home built in 1969 and the home has never had garage door openers. I called first thing in the morning on Monday, March 17 and I had someone at my house within two hours. Given the age of the doors, spring systems, and need for an electrical outlet, the project cost exceeded my price point. However, the quality of work and extensive amount of work need to overhaul my garage doors, this price was probably within reason. Now that the job is complete and I can easily drive into my garage, I am one happy customer. Job well done.

I had a great experience with Complete Overhead Door. I purchased a new home in July of 2013 and none of the remotes to the 2 garage doors worked. After having dealt with it this long, it was time to get it fixed. I called on Tuesday, March 12th to make an appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone was ready to get me an appointment the next day but I was busy that day. He easily was able to get me in the next day. The day of my appointment I received a call from John the technician that he was 15 minutes away (my window time was 9 am to 11am, he called at 8:45). I explained what was going on with the doors and John was able to troubleshoot the problems and give me some options for the repairs. I choose to replace one opener as it was 16 years old and get a new remote for the other. John and his son James were able to quickly replace the unit. While working on it John noted that the rollers on the door were very worn and should probably be replaced. I had him replace those also (seriously fast). They lubricated all the tracks and got my car programmed to work with both doors. I am beyond happy with the repairs and will call them whenever I need them again.

He said our unit was beyond repair - and it did seem like it was a bit long in the tooth. Replaced with new belt driven unit that is super quiet and seems to work well. We could have shopped around and made sure that it really needed replacing instead of just fixing, but I trusted him. Seems like the old one at 15 years was probably worn out and due to replace. Overall pleased with the service.

They did exactly what they said they would do and promptly. the problem is one of the doors makes a snapping sound that sounds like a stress on the bolts attached to the door opener. The other door slams down on the ground very hard. Just little things that probably weren't part of the agreement but they could have at least pointed them out.

The service was great. I thought they were honest and extremely responsive. It took a few hours for them to complete the job and they cleaned up well. I have no complaints.

They got into the garage with minimal damage incurred and explained the electrical problem very clearly. I plan to call them soon for further work.

Just bought a house and the garage door made an odd dragging sound, but worked fine. I bought a deal on Angie's List for service. They came out very quickly, actually the next day. All service was performed, but the man found other problems. He was very thorough, showing me exactly what the problem was and how it could be corrected. Additional service was performed that day, parts on the truck, and the door has operated perfectly since.

Provided an estimate of $189 to replace a part that is currently under warranty. After I said no to that, they said they would throw the part in free since it is under warranty and offered to charge labor only, which would be $129. I asked how long it would take to replace the part and they agreed it would take no less than 10 minutes. I said no, then they offered to throw in a free "tune-up" and a wireless keypad outside if I agreed. I asked them to pass on the tune-up, keep the keypad and drop the labor on the 10 minute install. We never came to agreement, so they left.

The advertising is misleading. However, I am glad I asked about the cost and they told me about it on the phone (so a "C" overall all rating for that truth otherwise it will be F). Of course I did not use this service and never will.

They arrived on time and did the work well. Additional work was required and was done at a very reasonable price. The total job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after the job was finished. If needed, will call them again. |

Came the same day I called for service. Quickly replaced worn parts that were making the Garage door sound like a tornado every time it was opened and didn't try to up sell me on extra services. Pleasant and excellent attitude shown by technician.

While they were a little more expensive than comparable companies, their sales rep Cliff answered all my questions, followed up with me regularly and provided me with all information in a detailed and timely manner. I would recommend Complete Overhead Door to anyone looking to replace or repair old units.

I bought this deal on a Friday and they were available to come out 3 days later. My garage door was getting loud and obnoxious. The repairman showed up 15 minutes early which is always a plus. The tune up took about a half an hour and by the time they were done lubricating and tightening, my garage door was quiet again and as good as new. The technician easily installed and programmed my new wireless keypad. Great deal, Well done A+

They were quick to respond, esp. with it being on a Saturday. I apparently had the original springs and rollers on the door from 1985. He replaced the rollers and added one spring since the door is extremely heavy. Very professional....Also, they kept me informed pertaining their arrival time..
