Description of Work: They put four concrete and steal beams along the outside wall of my garage to fix some cracks.

Description of Work: Derrell Blakely with Certified Foundation Repair came to my house, and tested the level. He asked some questions about the house, and worked quickly. He told me what problems he noted, and said he would prepare an estimate later and email the report to me in the morning. Another thing I liked about this company is they made sure I knew who was coming.

Description of Work: My home foundation was in need of repair as indicated by the telltale signs of wall cracks and doors sticking. Certified Foundation was one of three companies selected from Angie's list for an estimate. Their price was in line with the other estimates.

Description of Work: We used Certified Foundation to level our foundation after we noticed that there was movement. They were very professional and gave us a competitive estimate which was half as much as an estimate we got from another company. They explained the whole process. They installed several piers and finished the job in 2 days. They also cleaned up all the soil that had been dug up. Since then we have recommended them to two other friends who have used them and are very happy with them. Definitely recommend!

Description of Work: We purchased a home in May of 2009 and spent several months refinishing and updating every room. The home was inspected and there was no evidence of any foundation issues which was a major consideration in making the purchase. We purchased a large refridgerator for the kitchen and had it installed. On the opposite side of that wall we placed a very large hutch to display crystal and to store wine. This wall is also a load bearing wall. So after a few months we noticed that the hutch was leaning into the wall and so was the refridgerator. I knew right away that this was not a good thing and called Bonnie at Certified and asked her to schedule an appointment to have Darrel come out. Darrel arrived at the exact time and quickly determined what the issue was; all of that load was being supported by the floor joists that spanned the girders. The girgers were not directly under the wall. To correct the problem he proposed that they install 9 steel beans that would be connected to the existomg floor joists to help carry the weight and to bring the floor level. We used Certified at the home we lived in before moving to this house and they did a fantastic job there. We also told a friend about them and they also did a wonderful job there also.

Description of Work: We had them out to level our house. They installed 12 drilled concrete piers and re-worked every existing pier on the inside of the house.
