Charles arrived on time as promised, removed the old sink, faucet and disposal within an hour and start installation of the new products. The job was completed within three hours to my satisfaction. Charles is very capable with most home improvement projects.

This service provider is independent, works his own jobs rather than using contractors, and is very skilled, professional, and nice to work with. If you are not sure what a job requires, this provider has experience and will answer your questions. Commitments are kept and prices are reasonable. The quality of the work I have had done has been excellent, especially the exterior door replacement. In that case, the door, framing and threshold were all out of adjustment from several years of weather, usage, settling, and some damage from insects. The door had not opened and closed smoothly in quite some time - now it does. The provider took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, and the new door looks great and functions perfectly. I have received great advice and great service, and will be happy to use this provider again.

The project that Charles Lamb completed for us went very well. He was very professional, friendly, and had some great ideas including the source for purchasing the columns. We will definitely think of Charles for our next home project and will recommend him to others.

Charles replaced siding and boards previously damaged by dogs and weather. I needed this done prior to painting the house. He arrived on time, did the work as promised and cleaned up prior to leaving. He did an excellent job of matching the siding. He is a professional and takes great pride in doing things the right way. He can be trusted.

The deck was up in a matter of days which was great since we have six rescued doxies that need out back a lot. He even installed 2 electrical boxes so we can enjoy our music, lights, and fan on our wonderful new deck!

Mr. Charles Lamb evaluated job requirements, submitted a bid within a couple of days. I chose Mr. Lamb's bid as best of three submitted. Mr. Lamb arrived to perform the job 2 day's after being selected. His work was superb, very professional, and timely. I was impressed with his personality,friendlyness, and job competency. He wanted to maike sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Lanb for future home improvement work, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of expertise.

Mr. Lamb took my design and implemented it efficiently and effectively. This was not an easy job. He was very professional, courteous and his work was excellent. I would hire him again most definitely.

They were timely and set when they're going to be there, the guys were very nice and cordial. They did a good work and I will recommend them. I think that they were very prompt. I thought they gave a good price. They didn't try to continually up-sale me and they came in and did what they said they're going to do and did it well.

Charles was great! He was very prompt returning my call to set appointment for the estimate and actually showed up a little early. He was quick to get back with a bid and was able to schedule the work in a short time. He spent two days performing the work, he was very efficient and cleaned up as he went along. We were very happy with his work and plan on having him do some other work for us.

Charles was very prompt in answering the message we left on his phone. He made an appointment to come and give us an estimate and was on time. He picked up the materials we needed, including taking an old paint can for the interior paint with him and taking it to Sherwin Williams so that the color could be matched. He arrived on time to do the repair work, which was excellent. His experience and professionalism impressed both my husband and myself. As he was getting ready to leave when the job was completed, I asked if he had time to install a new light on our patiio. He said he would be happy to do it, and did!! I would highly recommend this individual to anyone.

Called vendor asking him if he could provide a bid for a very specific project. and visited the site and documented the materials i was requesting to complete the project. Within a couple days I had a bid estimate.I accepted and the fence was installed 2 or 3 days later.

All of the small projects were completed in a very timely manner and with high satisfaction. I would definitely use this service again!

He was done in about 1 hr. and even swept and cleaned up afterwards. He did a wonderful job at a very competive price! We couldn't be happier and our 6 wienie dogs are quickly teaching each other how to use it!!

Charles came out and gave us an estimate for the work. He did an outstanding job on all projects. He was even willing to work around some scheduling problems that we had. We are very happy how everything turned out.

I have nothling to add to my story about Charles and his company, but I think you need to work on your software for leaving a report.

Charles came by the same day that i called and gave me an estimate. He purchased the materials needed and the next day he repaired the fence by adding new boards and painted and refinished the gate latch. He cut the new trim and base boards for the patio door and then installed and painted them. Charles does excellent work and is very professional. I will definitely use him again.

Charles came out and repaired my roof the same day I called him - AND while it was raining!!!!! You just don't get service like that anymore! We will be using Charles in the future to help me with the Honey-Do list all homeowners have. Also, the quote he gave us on a new fence was fair but Home Depot services were able to finance and sent a whole crew to have it done in 1 day.

Received a reply to my inquiry for services within 24 hours of submission. Set up a time to meet and discuss the details of the project. Met at the agreed upon time and went over all of the details of the project and requested a quotation in writing - this was received the next day and was very reasonable for time, materials, labor, and duration to complete the project. Work started on-time and was completed in a very professional manned one day quicker than originally planned. Did an excellent job of cleaning up as the project progressed, and did a thorough clean-up of the site on completion of the project. I will definitely use this company for projects in the future.

He was excellent in everything. I was very impressed with his manner, his work, and his timeliness in getting there and getting the job done. It may have been a little higher than I would have liked pricewise, but it certainly was not out of bounds. I absolutely would use him again in the future.

Wow... Charles Lamb was great. He was very informative and helpful. He quickly provide price quotes that outline the work that was to be performed in detail. He was very punctual and most cases the work was complete much sooner that I expected. He has such attention to detail and I feel I got what I paid for and more. This was such a great experience. Anyone that contracts his services will not be disappointed.
