Description of Work: On his first visit, Charles got a screw out of the garbage disposal and rehung window treatments, which wasn't easy because the orginal installers had not done the best job in my opinion. When I jammed the screw in the garbage disposal, I must have cause a crack in the unit, as there was a leak after that time. So Charles came back on April 7th and installed a new garbage disposal which he had purchased on his way over. Both times he was courteous, friendly, easy to have in my house, got right to work, and finished quickly. I am already creating a list for the next time I need to call him. Description of Work: Mr. Lamb came by in the morning to do an estimate of the repairs I needed. I needed a glass shower door repaired, new trim for 2 bedrooms , and a ceiling fan installed.. I was unavailable for the rest of the week, so Mr. Lamb came back the same day and did everything I needed done. He even picked up the molding/trim from Lowes. His work is exemplary and he was finished before the time frame that he estimated. Everything he completed was perfect! I am so happy to have found someone that I can trust to do a great job at a reasonable price! I recommend him highly!

Description of Work: Charles replaced rotten wood on front porch columns and replaced a damaged section of vinyl siding on the back of the house. He had to order the vinyl and locate the wood for repair. His work was excellent and he was punctual and arrived to do the work when he said he would.

Description of Work: Charles Lamb came to my house as promised to give an estimate on painting exterior fiberglass door and installation and also my broken fence post on my back yard fence. He stated if I gave him both jobs it would be a total of 515.00 dollars. I call him on December 28th and inform him that I want him to do both jobs just the fence on the Dec 29th and the door installation on January 25th. There was some miscommunication about the cost but Charles is definitely a stand up guy and was going to do the job for free because of the mix up.. He came over on the Sunday December 30th to fix the fence in my backyard and I paid him 115.00 for the wonderful job he did on the fence. I plan on using him again on the January 25th for the installlation of my prehung exterior front door. You definitely do not run into too many people these days like Charles Lamb who really care about making the customer happy. Thanks again Charles...

Description of Work: This is the second time I have called Charles for Handy Man work around my house. Charles is great, reasonable pricing and gets the job done! I will only call Charles for any of my handy man requirements!

Description of Work: I asked this gentleman for a quote. He came out after having to call several times, promised to give me a quote, and then nothing. I've tried calling with no response. So I wouldn't use this service.

Description of Work: Charles arrived promptly at 8 am, on a Saturday, as he promised. He painted the trim around a couple of windows, fixed a running toilet, installed bathroom fixtures, and looked at a couple of other things that need work in the future. He is very pleasant, easy to talk to, friendly, helpful, polite, and resourceful. He will definitely be the person I call first when something breaks in my home.
