Description of Work: These guys did a great job! I called for same day service and they were able to fit me in due to a cancellation. They were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. They gave me a quote up front and said they work by the job and not by the hour. I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: had a coupling break between water main and the house at the meter and water was going down the street at rapid pace so city shut off water and said was on my side so had to fix myself so I used Angie's list and called Butler Plumbing and they came right out then to get my problem fixed and my water to the house back on. Great folks.

Description of Work: They replaced our hot water heater, which was very old. They ordered our new heater (which was odd-sized, at 30 gallons) and installed it. They also removed old, defaulty pipes and put new ones in. We found their work to be careful and good. They were prompt, respectful, and VERY clean. They also came in marginally under estimate. About a week after they installed the hot water heater, we had a problem turning off the hot water (we were unable to turn it off). My husband spoke with someone from the company on the phone at about 11pm who directed him how to turn the hot water off in our attic. The company came out promptly first thing the next morning to make the fix. They spent a couple of hours finding a blockage in the pipes and fixed it. We were not charged for the return call.

They are very punctual, always professional, and even though their pricing can be a little higher than others, this contractor is a master plumber with years of experience. You get what you pay for. We wouldn't think of using another and recommend him highly to anyone that would prefer to get the job done right the first time and not mess around with taking any chances just to save a few dollars.
Description of Work: They replaced the seat on two of our toilets and then fixed our hot water dispenser and garbage disposal, both of which needed it. They spent about 2 hours in total, doing this and charged us for the service call and the parts.
