Quick to respond & came out for estimate. Told me they 'might' be able to install sod the next day or two. Did not hear back to confirm but the crew just showed up one morning. They did NOT grade the yard or put a layer of good soil down to level out low areas before laying sod. Sod was laid down over current weeds. The area looked like a roller coaster. A couple of sprinkler heads were covered & cut around termite lids (instead of removing them). A few sod pieces were laid over our lot line into the neighbor's yard but stopped part way down. They didn't do an area we wanted done. I called the owner to come for inspection. After I insisted, he had someone come by to put a 'little' soil down in a couple of really low areas, removed pieces overlapping our lot line but left a very uneven side line (placed it in the area missed). Owner kept saying 'it will fill in'. But...you can feel how uneven it is when walking on it. I was really surprised at the unprofessional job. The reason I hired a well established company was to get a professional job done. I could have done it myself for what I got from them. My fault for not asking better questions before allowing them to start.

Arboreal (Jolly Holiday Lights) has installed X-mas lights at my home for several years, they are always professional and immediately address any questions within moments of calling or leaving a msg. They are quick to respond when a bulb needs to be replaced and just as quick to remove the lights upon my request. They also stored my lights for the next season! I would highly recommend Jolly Holiday Lights; you will not be disappointed. They have brought Holiday cheer to my family for many seasons. They have a customer for life!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year now. A tree branch fell in my front yard during one of the storms. It has been over 3 weeks and the branch has not been moved to the curb. I have spoken to someone once and was told they would do it. I have been calling and calling. I have sent emails and quick messages. I have yet to get a callback. Don't bother with them because they will not call you back.

Scheduled fast, and had an opening same day and made the yard look great, and will make cleaning the pool easier with no leaves in the back yard

It did not go well. I called him some 3 weeks ago. This week I called him again and he told me he had lost my information and never made it by my house. I'm not sure how as I also entered info on his website. So no problem he was supposed to come by today Friday 9/15/2017 and look at the same issues. He never made it by; So I did call him and his response was, "I'm busy right now but I will call you right back." That was 3 hours ago and still no call back and its 7 pm. This is surely no way to run a business. His website was impressive, videos of him and seemed a legitimate choice ranked number two on Angie's List. I even mentioned this when I spoke with him. But with the ignorance I received both today and 2 weeks ago, I believe it was right to place my experience on this website.

I was happy with their service though they were a little sloppy in backyard mowing. In and out within ten minutes, front and back yards. Owner very courteous and professional.

It went well, they did a good job. It was a little higher than I expected but the shrubs were a little out of control. Hopefully next time will be considerably cheaper.

They do the job, communicate with me regularly, and they work with me when I have a conflict. They are very responsive and professional.

Kevin Cordova is very committed to his customers. Any time I contact him he is prompt with his responses and always follows through. In one instance, while they were cutting my grass, they hit a sprinkler head. I let Kevin know about it but wasn't in a hurry to have it replaced because of all the rain we were getting. It was close to 2 months later when I sent him a message and asked him to replace the sprinkler head. He showed up at my house at 8:30 that night, smile on his face, sprinkler head in hand. He committed to doing my yard on Mondays and they have never missed a Monday, not even when it rained. He must have very light equipment because his mowers do not leave marks in my lawn when they've cut the grass in the rain. They are meticulous in their work and are careful when they are weed eating to avoid my growing vines. I would recommend him to anyone!

It went great with them, its very simple to get started and the fact that thy accept credit cards makes it SO easy to pay. I dont even have to worry about my lawn and theyve made it look a million times better than before. Very happy with their service i couldnt ask for more
