It went great. I just looked to the reviews of other people have said about them and when I talked to him he explained a lot and he listens to what my concerns were; he was that very good.

Larry reached out to me to resolve a misunderstanding caused by miscommunication. We discussed each of our perceptions surrounding the situation and he sincerely apologized for the miscommunication caused by a technical glitch on his forms portal. Larry was open, warm and earnest throughout our conversation. I scheduled an appointment with Larry and he arrived on time to complete the energy audit of my house and clearly explained the findings to me. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and informative. Also very pet-friendly. For the knowledge I gained about energy efficiency and the small things that can be done to make a difference, the price of the audit was well worth it. Larry also left me a packet with additional information and a checklist of energy saving changes/recommendations for the house. I will contact Larry again for follow on services.

They were excellent and were beyond expectations. I have relatively new home which was built in 2006 and they found numerous places. Their prices were very reasonable. They charged $199 for the audit and I also choose them to do some other work that the audit recommended be done and they charged $430 for that but they were here all day long. I felt that I got my money's worth.
