Description of Work: We had a problem with seepage from one of our septic tanks and called AAA to come take a look. It took them a few days to respond to our message and we were looking around for another company when they finally called back and scheduled a service call. The serviceman showed up a right on time and went to work immediately. It turned out the lid was broken and the tank was full of dirt. The guy spent the morning digging the dirt out of the tank and around 2 o'clock another man showed up and started helping him. They got that tank all cleaned up and pumped out and also pumped out 4 smaller tanks on the other side of the house. They came back with a new lid for the first septic tank the next day and finished the job. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, we were satisfied. They charge $100 per tank and we had, basically, 5 tanks pumped out and 1 tank lid replaced. They were friendly and had a good attitude. They worked hard for their money, so we'd hire them again if need be. | |
