+ -1 moreAWFUL GROUP! IRRESPONSIBLE. NEVER EVEN CALLED US BACK! LEFT US SITTING IN A HOT HOME WAITING FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the owner, Jose, said they'd be at our home on Saturday (they were called Friday) to repair our air.......they never showed nor did he even have the decency to call us. I had to track him down via email and got a message to call someone else. On a Saturday evening at 6:30! I have a very sit dog that can't breathe well and I have asthma! Thanks Jose!
Description of Work: our air conditioner broke and we spent hours yesterday with our home warranty group finding someone to come out quickly due to my asthma and a very very sick dog. This company and Jose, the owner, committed to coming to our home around 5 p.m. (but maybe earlier) today. So we stopped calling others. He never showed, returned one of our calls- NOTHING! we sat in a really hot home waiting for them. I finally found their email and emailed him. His response was a bunch of excuses and ended with the message that we need to find someone else! Its now 6:30 p.m. on Saturday! Good luck finding anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. I am filing a complaint as well with the BBB.
