I really like them. I think they are a national company. They are polite. They get the job done. There are 2 ladies that come and they are very nice. I like the work that they do. It looks so shiny when they are through. I really would give them A+. They are bonded and insured. They always leave a slip or a paper and check off what they have done. They do things in rotation. At one time they concentrate on the bedroom and other time the living room. They have this rotation that they do. They go through the room but they may be more particular about dusting the room just to make sure everything is all nice and shiny. When I first started, it was something like $65 or $75 a visit. What they had was very economical. My husband pays the bill. Once about 2 years ago, I wanted them to go on the inside of the china cabinet and clean everything and I did pay extra for that. The price is about $175 a month. They are responsible for getting the work done. Every few months they have a supervisor come out unannounced and check their work. They will go through the list and make sure everything is checked. Sometimes they are here at 10 o’clock and sometimes they are running late. I guess that’s not their fault. Sometimes some places take a little longer because of extra chores. I have kept them longer on some things. They are very professional for cleaning ladies. They come in with their little uniforms. They are clean and neat. They have got their t-shirts and they look nice. I have got them on a regular schedule. I just picked them up a couple of years ago from an advertisement and I have been so pleased with them for 2 years.

At first, I was so glad I didn't have to clean the house myself that I was willing to overlook some of the lack of attention to detail and the broken items that we were not informed of. (We were notified of one broken item in a note left by the crew and Bryan credited part of our next cleaning to compensate us for our loss, but there were 2 other items broken that were not reported to us and I never mentioned to Bryan because they were inexpensive.) I was never able to tell which rooms were supposed to be the focus areas, as every room was always the same level of cleanliness from month to month whether it was supposed to be focused on that month or not. We requested that the crew return the next day on a couple of occasions to clean again (and should have called several other times) , and it always looked better than when they had left the day before, but often still wasn't as clean as I would have done or as clean as I would expect for the price we paid. On one occasion, an "inspector" had supposedly stopped by to check the work while the cleaning crew was here, but it was one of the days that we had to call and have the crew return the next day because the job they had done was unsatisfactory. Even after the crew returned to clean the house for the second time in 2 days, we could still use our hand to make a pile of crumbs on the kitchen floor where something had been spilled the morning of our regularly scheduled cleaning day. I frequently vacuumed again right after they had left because the floors never seemed to get clean. I was never home when the crew arrived, so I cannot speak to their punctuality, but they always came on their scheduled day.

At first they were very thorough, and I was told during the estimate that they could come between 1-4pm each time. but now However, this last time they weren't so prompt, and I like to be there during the cleaning. Since they arrived late, and only 2 cleaners came, when four usually do, and they weren't able to be as thorough as quickly. I'm currently looking for a service who can clean on Saturdays.

I spend about $90 a visit, so it is $180 a month. They are pretty consistent, they do a good job, and it is convenient for me. When I have to reschedule they are pretty open to do so.

I generally don?t deal with them. My wife deals with them. They seem to be pretty good else she wouldn?t continue to use them.

They are fantastic, and we have been pleased with the results. They are very good and on time. The price is right for the size of our house; we have a 2800 sq. ft. house, and they charge $110 every time they come out. The owner was very nice - he came out to do the pre-walk-through. So far, we have had no problems with them.

I think I put the start to finish in the detail box above but again it was great. The owner, Brian came out and discussed everything with me and it was all just as he had described.

I have been using this company since May 2009. I should have stopped after day 1. On the very first day they broke a figurine that was woth 3 times the amount of the cleaning. The company is reimbursing me for the cost of restoration. Over the last 17 months there have been other small items broken, but my biggest dissapointment is the lack of attention to detail, things that are invoiced to be done are not done or are not done how they say it will be. I have had several conversations with Bryan to resolve the issues, but I am just not happy with the end result. Today was the last straw. I came in after the team had finished, and found a note from the "Quality Inspector", that she had been there and performed an inspection, so I am thinking that everything should be very good. WRONG!!! I walk into the main bath and the shower curtain is hanging half off the rod, bathroom floor obviously did NOT get the extra attention it was supposed to, doors were not hand wiped, fingerprints still very visible, shower stall still had water on walls and floor, was not wiped down. Now on to the laundryroom, I walk in and the first thing I see is a cup of Woolite spilled on the top of the washer. Laundryroom floor is not clean, floor runner very poorly vacuumed. On to the kitchen, water marks on kitchen counter where obviously they had set something down and the bottom was wet, dining room chairs were not moved in order to sweep and mop floor. Master bath, floor not cleaned, area rugs not moved in order to sweep and mop, and this was supposed to be the other detailed area for today. Knicknacks not hand wiped, doors not hand wiped. They sell themselves as a very detail oriented business which is why I chose them to begin with, but their idea of detailed and mine are not even close to the same. Items that they do move are never put back the way they found them. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and definitely not worth what was paid.

They come when we are not here and they do the job when they say they will. We've been really pleased.

My experience has been consistently good. They do a good job and they have not missed an appointment since I have been with them.

They were super engaged in the business, the owner came to check on the details. The workers were on time, professional, and did a good job. I would use them again if needed.

They clean my whole house. They vacuum, dust, clean ceiling fans, bathrooms, clean the walls, etc. They are on time. I have used them 4 times. I will use them again in the future.

I have had them clean my house 3 or 4 times now.They do a good job and they are friendly. They are also dog friendly.

The housekeepers come every two weeks. They do the main things such as vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms and changing the sheets every week. After each visit, we have a checklist on our kitchen counter detailing what was done. The house smells fresh and looks great after each visit. And with children aged 9 and 10, this is not necessarily an easy task.

The cost is for the first two sessions and then we will pay $81 per session after that. They were very courteous, professional and efficient.
