After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy.

Extremely well. The design was fantastic, and the crew worked diligently and thoroughly. The crew arrived each day on time, and the project was completed on time. We hired this company to install a sprinkler system several years ago for the entire property, and they performed that work very well too.

Josh, Evan and the install team were great to work with, did an excellent job installing the sprinkler system, suggested adding some tree bubblers, cleaned out the weeds from our landscaping bed, which is more than I was expecting. We just had the install finished so need more time to test things out over time, but the experience so far has been excellent.

I contact this company needing a quote for irrigation repair, well, I am still waiting, been four days. Called Josh, but he did not even remember what day he came out to my home. He said he was still working on it ( I need to run one drip line, if I was younger I could do it myself in two hours.) Not so fast Josh, I got another company that did it on the spot for a reasonable price. I think Josh may be lazy.

Gentleman showed up on time, was knowledgeable, appeared to charge a reasonable price, came prepared with necessary tools, and got done in a timely fashion.

Service technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Repaired a module in my sprinkler box that fixed 3 zones and ran a new wire to irrigation valve to fix the other zone.

Called late afternoon, and scheduled for first thing the next day. Richard arrived as scheduled, tested the system, replaced faulty valves, and showed how to set up the controller. Would use again and would recommend their service.

Southern Landscape Solutions installed my drip irrigation system over 4 years ago and continues to be my irrigation service provider. His irrigation experts are licensed irrigators by the state of Texas. Richard was able to quickly find the source of the leak and replace the defective part. Sean's entire staff is professional and focused on providing custom care to their clients. Southern Landscape Solutions work is fairly priced in a competitive marketplace. I highly recommend Southern Landscape Solutions and will use them, again, in the future.

We had a great experience with Sean and Southern Landscape Solutions. They took our blank backyard and created a beautiful xeriscape design that has made it a pleasure to spend time outside. Sean is very knowledgeable and his crew are prompt showing up every morning when they say they would and cleaning up every evening as if they had never been there. We are very pleased with the end result and Sean follows up even after the project is complete. We highly recommend them.

This is the third time I have used Southern Landscape for my landscape repair, maintenance and timer programming. I have always been very happy with the work they've done for me. Southern's technician is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very competent in his work.

The work was the embodiment of professionalism and attention to detail. There were several refinements and cosmetic details added that I never demanded. They were always on time and did the job for the agreed price.

So disappointed with the owner, Sean Radabaugh. We met for well over an hour where I explained what I wanted and I thought that he got it. At the end of this time he tells me that I should go to a landscape designer and gives me a name and number. First, his website (as well as his business card) says that he is design/build. Second, the design I want is too simple to require a landscape designer. Third, if Sean is no longer doing design, why did he make me go through over an hour of explaining what I wanted only to have to go over it again with some landscape designer that I don't know, haven't seen his work and who wants to charge me $600-2,500 to do something I thought was included with Sean's services? Why didn't he bring the designer with him or at the least mention on the phone that he no longer does the design part of the landscaping and I would need to get a design done elsewhere? At least I could have shopped for one that I wanted. SO MAD I CAN HARDLY SEE STRAIGHT!!

Sean was easy to work with and responsive to answering questions and addressing concerns. We also appreciated the suggestions he made regarding some of the plant choices. Shortly after the project was completed, a part in the irrigation system broke causing a lot of water to leak. Not only did his team fix it quickly, but he also reimbursed us for the cost of the water on our water bill.

Great! Mike came out the first day and had the controller installed in less than an hour. They even let us purchase the controller through Amazon (we wanted a controller we could control remotely), since it was cheaper than the one their supplier offered. He also checked all the heads & drip lines. This was the first time I had ever had the system checked, and he discovered that several of the heads in my back yard needed extenders because the previous owners or builders had installed sod over the system. He also found numerous leaks in the drip lines in my front yard. (My own fault. Make sure there are no drip lines before you use one of those weed pulling tools that you step on to get the weed out by the root.) He came another day with a helper to fix those two issues, and they were quick. They extended 10 heads in my back yard and repaired 10 leaks in my drip line in 1.5 hours. The cost below does not include the cost of the controller Mike installed. They charged $150 to install the controller and make sure it was working properly. The rest is for the repairs they made.

Extremely punctual and responsive! The team set clear expectations, and delivered on time and on budget. Many issues came up during the installation, and the they navigated them beautifully.

Repair done at a very reasonable cost. Great advise on some other issues.

Amazing! Got a call the day after I sent the email request and had an appointment set. The technician was prompt and courteous and really knew what he was doing. The entire repair took less than an hour and then he programmed the system to meet Cedar Park regulations and the system works better than when it was installed. Have already seen a large drop in Dad's water bill. Will definitely add Southern Landscaping to my contact list.

They were responsive but the price was high.

Very friendly, punctual and professional. Gave me many options to problem areas and made repairs in a timely manner.
