We had 3 bids from highly regarded irrigation companies. Sean was one of the first to bid and provided a detailed estimate within 48 hours! He had an excellent grasp of what we wanted and what maintenance activities needed to be done on existing sprinkler heads. His crew were pleasant and accomplished our project plan. The system needed some adjustments and Sean returned to make them for us. We recommend him highly and will call him again for future projects!

Sean is great to work with. He's very down-to-earth and flexible. Sean's crews are exceptional. They show up to work every day and work hard. Exceptional skills are building walls and creating a visually interesting, high water-efficiency landscape.

I contacted Sean about installing a sprinkler system in my front yard with the option to expand to the back, he was quick to get back to me with a quote and worked around my schedule to get the system installed. Sean and his guys are completely professional and do great work. Sean takes the time to make sure everything is complete and that I understood exactly how the system works. Amazing service, I would recommend Sean to anyone looking to add a sprinkler system to their yard.

Sean and his crew did an excellent and beautiful job xeriscaping our yard. Since my neighbor and my yard are small and joined together, Sean designed the yard as one. After receiving and agreeing with the estimate and plant selection, he had his crew here the same week. The project was started on a Friday by removing all of the old landscape such as grass, shrubs and many large rocks. Then the existing dirt was tilled and leveled. The crew was very efficient and completed the work in a day. On the following Monday, Sean and his crew arrived early to install the metal edging which would separate the various landscape materials and providing gentle curves to the landscape. A dry creek bed was placed in the center of our yard with a granite path from my driveway to the sidewalk. The different color of mulches, rocks, gravel and the beautiful plants, along with the gentle curves, made the entire project just beautiful. Yeah, we have no more grass! Sean, the owner of Southern Landscapes, is very professional, trustworthy and personable who also has a very professional and efficient crew. Kathy and I are so happy we found him on Angie's List. To my surprise ,my other next door neighbor was a friend of his and also recommended him. I definitely would recommend Sean and his crew at Southern Landscapes. The price mentioned was for my side of the yard which had more shrubs to be removed and replanted. Thanks Sean and crew!

Unusally fast response even by Angie's List standards. I contacted Sean (owner) late the afternoon of 8/5 with the hope that he could come out in the next day or two. Instead, he said he was in the area and would come over later. He arrived about 6pm. I already knew the controller box needed replacing. It had begun acting erratically, and an electrian at the house for other service had examined it and said there was no problem with the electrical voltage or connection. After determining I had contacted him due to Angie's List, without my bringing it up he said he would apply the membership discount. Sean e-mailed the estimate for service at 9:17 that same night. I accepted. He e-mailed at 6:34 the next morning and said one of his crew members could come that morning. That person did show up late that morning and completed the job promptly. The instruction manual was included, but Sean came back that afternoon to review the system. He not only went over with me how the system works but also why it would be best for the lawn to have it on specific settings at different seasons. All of this fast service was done without me ever indicating I was in any hurry. I will definitely be calling on Southern Landscape Solutions for future needs.

We had been involved with two other landscapers before I joined Angie's List. We were not pleased with either of them. I found Southern Landscape Solutions on Angie's List and things couldn't have been better. Sean was a great choice and I am looking forward to using him in the future.

Did a timely,neat and excellent job. Very willing to work with in your budget but still provided excellent service.

When Sean initially came out we discussed several options then he sent me the bid, I told him I needed some modification and he made them quickly. He actually listened to what I wanted and was very patient with me because I kept changing my mind/vision. His staff showed up and went to work, they installed 3 - 45 gallon trees and tons of scrubs and flowers. They added some rock to my retaining wall and added a beautiful walkway for my backyard because that side didn't get sun and the grass would not grow and it was a mud hole all the time. Well Sean solved that issue and several more for me with a wonderful smile on his face. They brought in soil, mulch and leveled some parts in my yard and fixed some other areas in need of repair. At first I wanted to do the whole back yard in flowers but we decided to mix it up and have breaks in the yard. I am so glad that I did that because it looks wonderful. He added his little touches and placed all the flowers where they looked perfect and the colors were all porportional. I also went and purchased some bird baths and some figurines and he worked them into the design as well. I did my homework and shopped around for a landscaping company. Sean was the only one that listened to what I actually wanted. I knew that because I looked at the estimate and googled all the plants and knew he was the one I was going to do business with. I learned that Sean was very organized and detail oriented and I didn't have to remind him of anything including my additional items that I added at the last minute. This was actually a very hard decision for me and it is an investment to your home. I am so glad that I chose to do business with Sean and his team. Overall I had an awesome experience with Sean and his staff and would recommend that you use them too.

They were absolutely fantastic and the result exceeded our wildest expectations. They mowed and trimmed for 5 hours, all the while being careful not to damage existing landscaping. Sean took the time to personally troubleshoot the irrigation system. We are convinced that had the previous owner's had Sean's services, they could have gotten a much higher sales price when the property sold. We were so impressed and hope to become a part of their maintenance schedule.

Sean and his crew did a great job for us again! They trimmed large hedges and cleanup up all the debris. They added stones to several beds and planted new shrubs. Our new lawn is saving us water. They were on time and cleaned all areas after the job was done ! I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied!! Will continue to be a customer and will recommend Sean to everyone I know.

I like the way that the owner does all of the estimating personally. He has been really, really good to me. Once he gets to know the yard he is very proprietary about it and he checks all kinds of things.

We first met Sean when he repaired a sprinkler head. This lead to a complete redo on our entire lot. We took out old shrubs and a huge crepe myrtle. These were removed and the stumps were ground up he had our Live Oak pruned and other remaining shrubs pruned. Then we added new beds lined them with bricks. He rototilled all the beds than added a garden mix. He drew up the plans and allowed us to make changes. He planted and irrigated with drip irrigation all the beds adding bubblers for the large shrubs. We then had him completely remove our old lawn and he killed it then rototilled that removing most of the dead grass. He added a turf mix after leveling and than planted Pallasaides Zoysia grass. He used all Native Texas or adapted plants which qualified for the Drop by Drop Rebate program in Pflugerville. He did it in a timely manner and stuck to his bids. He went above and beyond to respond to any of our questions or changes we wanted. I would highly recommend Sean and his landscape associates. We are very pleased with how it turned out. People stop and tell us how nice our lawn and plantings look. We are very satisfied with Southern Landscape Solutions and it's Owner Sean Radabaugh.

Sean (owner/operator) did a great job. He came out to consult and give me ideas on bed shapes and planting material. He also went to a lot of effort to get good, healthy plants -- not just whatever was available. He and his crew showed up as scheduled and completed the first bed. The second bed was delayed because the key specimen plant had to be shipped. (I would rather wait on a good plant than install an inferior one.) Sean?s rate is reasonable and fair. He does quality work and doesn?t cut corners. Previous to this job he has installed several other large specimen plants and made several irrigation adjustments for me. I have been pleased each time.
