Description of Work: They came to my home and checked out my sprinkler system which I knew needed work since we added a playscape. They changed the sprinkler system to allow for the addition. When we first met I specifically asked for a map of the sprinkler system to be provided. I had to ask twice for this and finally got it.

Description of Work: Sean and his team transformed pitiful front and backyards into pretty, usable, easy-to-maintain landscape. Work included tree removal and trimming, installation of xeriscape in front, installation of sod and fountain in back, vegetable garden prep for spring planting, installation of irrigation system, erection of shade sail, and expansion of front door stoop. Fast, efficient, professional. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Complete renovation of entire large home lot, including removal of trash trees, shrubs, etc. Drip and sprinkler irrigation systems installed and xeriscape plantings, rocks, mulch installed. One complete week of work. Sean know his business and has a quality crew. Only hiccup was the mistake of the rock company dumping an entire load of the wrong rocks. I am pleased with his care and follow up.

My husband and I had a general idea of what we wanted, Sean said to trust him with the design and it turned out beautiful! Better than we hoped for. He designed a stone patio, dry river bed, several planting areas, and a garbage can area! The estimation and final price were spot on and all the work was completed in a professional and timely way. Description of Work: Great, professional service. The initial $75 assessment call was with the owner, Sean. Sean did a survey of my sprinkler system's zones and individual heads. He talked me through the control panel and explained the optimal settings for each season according to my goals . He left me with a detailed quote for repairs. I called him a week later to book him to do the work since the price was fair and he did a good initial assessment. Sean's team corrected approximately 20 heads on a follow up visit (corrections to height, angles, direction, placement), and turned some off that we blocked anyway. I'm very happy with the services from this company.

Description of Work: I initially used an Angie's list big deal offer to have an inspection done on my sprinkler system. Sean, the owner, came and did the inspection plus set up the controller and wrote out the schedule for me. I also had his company do the repairs and replacements.

Description of Work: Purchased a lawn irrigation system check. Sean came out and checked complete sprinkler system and noted several items that needed some attention. An appointment was scheduled for later and someone came back and performed the work. He was punctual, very friendly, professional and everything was taken care of that needed to be done.

Description of Work: Southern Landscape did landscaping for us to include replacing some areas of grass, installing limestone to create a border along the sidewalk and around some trees, planting two large areas with ground cover, adding plants to a couple of beds, planting Aztec grass along the sidewalk and the back end of our driveway, and adjusting the irrigation system to work with the changes. Before planting anything in each area, the workers tilled the soil and mixed in additional material to improve the soil. We were totally satisfied with the whole job and the professionalism of the work crew.

Description of Work: Southern Landscapes moved 5 bushes from our front flower bed to the backyard. They created a new flower bed in the corner of our backyard, moved sprinker heads, laid a drip system off one of the existing sprinkers and transplanted the bushes. They outlined the flower bed with limestone that looks great with the limestone on our house. They really did a great job and I felt like they went above and beyond to do it right. We plan to use them in the future for other landscaping projects.
