+ -1 moreWe purchased a $800 BigTooth Maple tree at the end of April 2014, including their people to deliver and plant it. I was promised that it would be delivered within 10 days and was like pulling teeth to get the order fulfilled. Finally, we got it 3 weeks later after several calls and broken promises. I coincidentally had a certified Arborist treating other trees on my property 2 months later & noticed that my New Maple was Root bound!. I remember seeing a web ad that the trees are fresh. Wow, thanks to the Arborist happening on it, commenting that the tree was left in the pot too long, he made corrections and hopefully we'll be able to save it! Beware! Have your investment checked by a professional if you find your perfect tree from the D & B selection.
Description of Work: Purchased native Texas Big Tooth Maple Tree including delivery, planting and staking the tree.
