The original quote was met, even though unavailable fixtures had to be changed to a costlier option. Following arrival of the custom made system, the Re-Bath crew performed the installation in a timely, efficient, professional, and personable manner. Carpeting was covered, booties were worn, and great care was taken to avoid soiling or damaging any other part of the house. While I was extremely impressed with the installation, my original salesperson was unable to properly explain or illustrate a "semi-frameless" shower door. The final result has far more framing than originally envisioned or desired. Furthermore, the original salesman left Re-Bath prior to my installation. Communication from the company was then spotty and often had to be initiated by me. I am less-than-impressed with the glass subcontractor. The glass company owner also failed to adequately explain or illustrate the "semi-frameless" shower door. Measurements were extremely accurate as evidenced by the perfect fit of the final product. The glass installer is the reason for my quality and professionalism grades of "B". No effort was made to cover shoes or otherwise prevent soiling when delivering materials. He even stepped onto the composite shower base while wearing uncovered cowboy boots - with the potential to scratch the surface. After he left and during my first shower, I discovered that several of the screws were not fully seated and that excess caulk was smeared in many areas. Rather than risk more uncovered cowboy boots on the shower base, I tightened the screws and scraped the excess caulk. The glass supplier also failed to send the correct magnetic latch; an error not noted until the installer needed the part. A return trip was necessary for a two-minute attachment. I've now used the shower for several months. With the exception of excess glass framing that makes daily cleaning more involved, I'm very pleased with the overall product. Everything continues work properly, provide a relaxing shower experience, and remain leak-free. With the caveat that glass details should be fully explained and the glass installer asked to remove his shoes in the house and shower, I can heartily recommend Re-Bath products and their in-house installation crew.

Re-bath came out on the day scheduled, went through both bathrooms with suggestions. They could NOT do some of the remodeling I needed, such as replacing or refurbishing current built ins in the bathrooms or re-finishing the tub. The materials offered were extremely limited, and their estimates were incredibly high. Although he said he would follow up in a few days since I had other estimates coming in, he never called back.

So far they are doing a great job.

I chose Rebath because I expected a difficult job and wanted higher quality work from experienced professionals. That's exactly what I got. It took several weeks before work started, both for scheduling and purchasing materials. I paid the entire bill up front, rather than the usual 1/2 down and 1/2 when done, to save $300. It took the promised 3 days, although the 2 man crew arrived promptly at 7am and usually finished each day around 1pm. Installing the custom pan meant moving the drain, a job requiring jack hammers through the concrete foundation, rerouting drain pipes, replacing the p-trap, refilling the hole with dirt and re-covering with concrete. All done quickly and confidently, and complete cleanup at the end of the day. Enlarging the door opening required removing some framing studs. The old pipes were cut and new ones resoldered, including raising the shower head 8 inches and soldering in a modern copper valve cup. They did all the work from inside the shower itself; they never had to access stall from the adjoining closet. The electrical work was done by competent subcontractor who came in after 5pm on the 2nd day. He had to get into the attic and route some new wires in close quarters near the eaves. It took a couple of hours, no problems. After the shower was done, we waited about a week for a glass door subcontractor to measure the opening, and another week or so for installation. It was also installed competently in about an hour. We had ordered a tall corner accessory but a short one had been installed instead (probably my mistake on the order sheet). Several weeks later we decided we wanted to add one more short accessory to match the first. Rebath ordered it and installed it for free several weeks later. They said they did it for no extra charge because "we want to confirm that we're here for the long haul, and we warrant our work for a lifetime." Rebath is an outstanding vendor for these kinds of remodeling. I recommend them without reservation. The only drawback, which I knew from the beginning, is price. The next most expensive vendor quoted about $4000, and the two other quotes were in the $3000 range. I took a risk because I wanted to hire steady, experienced professionals. I'm totally satisfied it was worth the extra cost.

They were very professional and very helpful. They made suggestions as to what we could do. We also put in new cabinets in the master bath. They took the old mirrors out and had them modernized. It was really nice. In the second bath they put in a Jacuzzi type bath tub with double headed shower. They put in a new top and sink. They put a mirror in there and added a cabinet. In the half bath, they replaced a mirror, sink and faucets. They were very fast. They did run into a problem unexpectedly and they immediately took responsibility for it and repaired it. They made it as good as new. They fixed a bathtub and it started leaking through the ceiling. They had to replace a lot of the ceiling, but they were apologetic and made no complaints. They would do what they say they are going to do. They cleaned up after every task. The whole time it was cleanliness and professionalism. Not only the look of my house improved, but the usability of my house also improved.

They did a really good job. The work looks good. They cleaned up after themselves well. It appears in their ad that they actually do a cover for the existing bath and put in the background, but apparently they quit doing that. They pretty much take the old tub out, start from the bottom, and put the new tub in.

Rebath was on-time for the initial appointment and completed the work in two days as they committed. The two man crew showed up at 7am each morning as promised and produced a beautiful looking walk-in shower with new doors and surrounding walls. The quality of the product and the workmanship appears to be excellent. The work crew was very skilled and took pride in their work. They left the premises clean. I rated the price as a "C" only because I did not get other estimates to compare against. The only small hiccup was that the tile floor had to chipped away at the interface to the base of the walk-in shower which I will need to replace in the future. I had planned to replace the floor so this is not a big issue for me but it would have been nice to have known this in advance so I could have planned accordingly. I will definitely consider Rebath for my upstairs bathroom when the time comes.

They were good. They would put the liner in and then they would go away and come back. They kept doing that because it needed time to glue to get fixed. I will use them again in the future.

We thought the estimate was kind of high and we have another contractor giving us an estimate. He seemed to be fairly knowledgeable and eager to please. What we didn't like was that nothing is broken down whatsoever; it was just one big glob and we have nothing to compare with. It was two granite countertops with the sinks under mounted and one frameless shower. There were no cabinets or bathtubs. It seems way high for those two things.

They're super great people.

We came to know of them from a TV commercial. We went to their store and looked at what they offered. They came to our house, took the measurements and gave us a proposal. It took them several days to finish the job. They were very professional and clean. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. I can?t say enough good things about them. They fixed whatever they had messed up more than they should have. They were so good that we are having the master bedroom cabinet replaced by them. Their attention to detail was amazing. They did things that I didn?t think they would do. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They have operations nationwide. The shower is a single lever that we can turn on and off. It also has another lever with which we can adjust the temperature. It has so many features that we love. It?s great for people who are getting older. Their work is just fantastic.
