Finished job was good, but process was terrible! Three day turn around promised, took a month. Schedules were not kept at all. First crew cut sheetrock and did not cover anything and I am still cleaning the dust. I am happy with the shower and vanity.

Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing. They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base. They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak. Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist. It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week. They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

They were very responsive, and they came out as scheduled. Also, they gave us the quote very quickly. They seemed extremely expensive, so I probably would not use them in the future.

The job turned out okay. It took a little while to get completed and they were a little pricey but it I liked the salesman.

Here's the scoop on this company (from my experience): They basically come out and quote bathroom remodels (only bathrooms, that's their specialty) that are unique in the sense that the materials they try to get you to use are not used by most contractors. What I mean is that most contractors will quote you on a remodel based on using various types of tile, granite, etc. This company pushes their own preferred materials - what they call "Re-bath" and also "Onyx". They don't prefer standard tiles etc. because they claim that no matter what you will have problems in the long run with tile & grout (e.g. mildew, mold, etc.) If you choose either "Re-Bath" or "Onyx" materials you get a lifetime warranty, but if you choose the standard materials the warranty is extremely limited. Second, as others have stated they give you a large discount if you opt to sign up for the remodel on the same day that they come out to give you the quote, but you lose that discount if you opt not to. My opinion is that this is a pretty shady business tactic, although he did try to justify the reasons for doing this. Basically I (and I'd imagine I'm not alone) NEVER make such a big decision like this on the spot, so what that ensured is that there was no way this company was getting my business. My suggestion - only call this company if you are somehow sure that you want to go with them and no one else (however I'm not sure how that's done if you haven't even talked to them yet), and then sign up on the day they give you the quote. I was turned off by this discount push and also the fact that they try hard to get you to use their preferred materials. Their materials seem ok but they do look a bit different (I personally don't like the appearance) than what you'd expect from watching HGTV remodels etc - and on top of that they charge more. So in terms of ROI and appeal for future buyers of your home I'm not sure it's worth the amount they charge (which seems to be a lot, even with the discount). You're certainly paying for that warranty they're promising you. Overall I was disappointed by the quote experience.

The salesperson with Re-Bath of Travis County was very responsive. I've been negotiating with them to try to get them to come down on price. They are very expensive for the things that they do, specialized areas. I am not saying that we won't go with them but I like that they are very professional.

I decided not to go with Re-bath. The cost was what I would call unreasonable. I went with a local contractor who did all the plumbing, tile work, replacement of toilet, sink and rerouting of plumbing for 6 grand. The work is beautiful and I am beyond happy with the finished product.

It went really rather well. They started everyday at 7:30 sharp! The men were very professional and cleaned up everyday after themselves. It did help that the whole construction time was 2 and a half days to completion. It would have been shorter but I had the window replaced. At the finish time Humberto and I forgot about the grab bar and the following Wednesday a man came back and installed it. Their check list did not include all the items under the word "accessiores" so I feel that is why we both missed it.

Marcos did the sale and during our visit he indicated there was a type of grab bar that could attach to the wall behind the commode that would swing down to help mom sit on commode. When it came time to install, no one knew of any such product, That left us with grab bar only on the cabinet side of commode. None on the shower side, After mom fell off the commode we have gone back to placing the bedside commode over the toilet to give her grab bars on both sides. Not a great thing since that bath was also our guest bath. Now guests have to use the master bath. Unfortunately, the end product does not function as we thought it would for mom. We tried to cram too much function into limited space. I wish they had advised me the space was not going to work well. If you need that type of advice perhaps you have to specifically voice concerns. We were in a time crunch and needed the bathroom ready in time for Mom's hospital discharge and they almost made it. They were flexible enough to change schedule to get the dusty part done before Mom arrived.

there were some unforeseen problem during the remake. however they were handled promptly and professionally. They were very prompt at all time. Workmanship was outstanding.

It was very good. They were very punctual and performed everything real well. They got there early and got it done. I was satisfied with them.

My experience went great. They were very punctual and the job itself turned out well. The bath tub looks like new. The people were very nice; I had talked to two different people. They were very straight forward.

The design and choice portion with the salesperson was fine and he was very friendly and informative of how the process would work. There was a delay after that in scheduling the actual day the work would take place and there was a miscommunication with what material choices we had made. The installation took place in a quick, appropriate time frame and without significant mess.

The work that Re-Bath of Travis County was top notch quality work and my husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. All of the Re-Bath Team that we delt with, from Brian Horton to the professionals that transformed our old bathroom to a beautiful new bathroom were honest and upfront with any and all information and cost of this remodel.

They did a great job. They came in and got it done quickly. We had no problems.

Our finished bathroom looks great and they completed most of the work on time. The workers were very nice and took pride in their work. The issue I have had with them is following up to complete the job. One day before the timeline to complete the electrical inspection ran out I got a frantic phone call and had to re-arrange my schedule to allow the inspector to finish the inspection. I did that and the inspection was completed (6 months after the job I believe). The wood trim for the bedroom floor did not match, so we had to leave that off. I never received any extra tiles or wood in case we need to have them replaced and I requested them four different times. I was originally told that the grout sealer would be a part of the grout and then when it was installed that speciality grout was not used. The salesperson told me he would bring me a container of good grout sealer and that never happened despite me asking three times. It is a shame that they did not follow up because their work was quite good. I am now planning another, much larger bathroom rennovation and that is why I joined Angies List.

We stopped by the ReBath showroom to look at what was available. We did not know that, in addition to pre-formed showers, ReBath also provide custom tile showers. We arranged for Marcos Fernandez to visit our home to take measurements and show us the options. At our home visit, we explained that we wanted to replace our existing separate tub and shower with a larger shower only. Marcos was very helpful and professional. He drew diagrams of the configuration options based on our space and helped us decide on the best option for our budget and space. He then showed us various samples of shower base pans, shower surround frames, glass, etc. We made our selections, and then Marcos discussed financing options with us. We hadn't expected financing, and it was a nice surprise. The ReBath price was not the lowest of the bids we received, but the combination of professional staff, home visit with samples, available options, and financing at a great rate made it easy to choose ReBath. We ordered all of our materials, waited a couple of weeks for them to arrive, and then ReBathcalled us to scheduled installation. The installation took about 5 days, and included demo of our old tub and shower, moving shower plumbing to a new wall (and replacing the plumbing), capping off the old tub plumbing, installing the solid surface shower base, installing tile walls, installing glass frame/surround, and installing new shower head. All of the guys on the installation crews were great. They arrived on time, prepared the area to keep dust to a minimum, covered the carpet, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any time we made a minor adjustment, they were very willing to accommodate. We're thrilled with the results and would recommend ReBath without reservation.

We went over every aspect of the job before we left the country. Our salesman was Marcus who was very good on the front end about everything. I own a business so I've gone through this myself. My wife was disappointed with Marcus because after the job was complete, he had promised to come back to cut the hole for our light in the shower a little larger and more round. After many attempts, the long story short, it never happened. We had the other company that we hired to do our other bath conversion do the hole. The biggest disappointment was when we got back the whole bathroom, vanity area, and our room was a disaster. I've never seen a company not pick up or clean anything. We had dust in the whole house. Our bed was covered in a thick sheet of dust (they had to cut a lot of tiles and hardi backer board, etc.) I even had large pieces of rock on my glass shelves in the bathroom that scratched the glass so bad, I had to throw the whole shelve unit away. There was rock, sheetrock, and debris everywhere. It looked like a bomb went off in our room.Every thing had dust so thick that, litterally, you could not write your name int he dust, because it would cave in while writing. Even my tooth brush along w/ my razor, etc. had to be thrown away because it was covered in dust and dirt. All the bedding had to be washed before we could go to sleep. Pillow covers, everything!!!II can't believe a company wouldn't even use a little plastic to cover things. When we do a job, we leave the residence cleaner than it was when we started. We had to get the carpet cleaned, walls, ceilings, etc. We wounded up taking the wall fan down and completely cleaning it.It's a good thing that we left some vacation time before we had to go back to work, because we spent the next three days cleaning.The actual shower looked good so my wife paid the balance. If I hadn't been buried in work, I would have not paid the balance before we had a talk about the utter disaster they left. I really could not believe it. Even if they had done the whole job outside, I would have been upset with the mess. We even had sheetrock in the toilet!! I know I was paying about twice to maybe three times more than if I had contracted out the work myself, but we wanted to get the job done while we were away, so when we came back, it would be finished. The shower tile was done and the shower was done, but, it's not what I wanted. I wanted a complete job for that money, not a job where we had to work 10 hours a day for about three days cleaning.I'm not real picky, but when you have to pick up so much large rocks, big pieces of sheetrock, nails, stones, in the bath, vantity and room, that it filled a bucket, then that's amost unbelievable.If you hire these guys, expect to spend a lot of time puttin up plastic, covering all your floors, doors, bed, funiture, etc. and still do all the clean up.I know my customers and if we ever left a job even a 1/4 as dirty as they left mine, they would give me a strong 'F' all the way through and I wouldn't have recieved a balance on my money. So, I feel I'm being very, very, kind in this report.

He was wonderful and honest about what he could do for us. But because he couldn't do what we needed to be done we didn't end up use his services. He made a great offer and we were pleased with what he wanted to do but it just wasnt what we needed. We would use him in the future if we ever needed to.

they have a nice showroom,where you can get some ideas,,,but they are expensive,in their estimate,compared to others,,,

I was thoroughly impressed from the very beginning of the process until completion! They even finished under schedule. I LOVE the results!

.They did real good work. They got it done in the time they said they would.

There is no story because we did not have any work done.

Everything went great. I would recommended them!

In their defense, the sales man did show up on time and was professional. He was not well informed on much other than their own products. They really were not able to customize the project and seemed to be limited on what they could do. Not to mention, they were the most expensive. We were able to get the job done for a much better price and have things done the way we wanted.
