Steve is a very personable man. He knows exactly how to manage pest problems. He even checked inside my house for evidence of ants, termites and carpenter ants. He is an A+ guy.

They were later than expected for the estimate and didn't call first. They were thorough in the inspection, in describing our problem and provided detail on what they would do and what we should expect. They were on time for the treatment and did a professional job.

Steve was great! He answered my questions on the phone and because I was so concerned about my pest problem, he offered to provide me with service the same day. He was on time. He was thorough in his treatment of both the interior and exterior of the house. And I sincerely appreciated that he didn't pressure me into a contract at all, which was not my experience with other companies I called. Steve clearly believes in providing good customer service and in doing so, will have my business in the future. You should give him your business, too.

Went very smoothly. He did an inspection both inside and out and determined what type of ants they were and where they were coming from.

Over all Steve was very professional and pleasant. He was super thorough much more so than the other company that came out. He was knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I haire him again for a second job at another location involving squirrels and he was just as prompt and professional. I would hire him again in a minute.

The owner, Steve Hunt, arrived at my home at the time he said he would. We walked around the perimeter of the house and he identified each of the ants attacking my home and the type of damage that they do. He explained exactly how he would go about getting rid of them. I had already tried many poisons and high priced ant baits, with very mixed success. These ants were getting the better of me. They had eaten several areas of the trim around my house. First Steve sprayed a poison directly on the colony to get rid of the ones we could see. Then he applied a bait around the perimeter of the house which would get rid of the colonies themselves. It is now two weeks later and I have not seen another ant. I want to make sure it stays this way so I agreed to have him come out every two months for a year, for $59.54 each time, but was under no pressure to do so. This was my decision. For this price, he also treated the inside of the house for silverfish. He did a great job of explaining everything about these pests, and answering all of my questions. Steve was courteous and professional throughout.

Steve was the only provider that actually answered the phone every time I called him. He was friendly and informative. Only time will tell if the critters return. If they do, I'll call Pest Wranglers again.

Mr. Hunt arrived at the agreed-upon time and inspected the house for signs of ants. He found them in two areas then tracked them from the house to their colonies outside. One of the colonies was about 50 feet away from where they were entering the house. The other was about 10 feet away. He told me the types of ants we were dealing with, what he needed to do and how much it would cost. I gave the OK and he did the work. He refused to accept payment until he returned the following Monday to ensure the ants were gone. He came over again on Monday, did another inspection, found another colony and treated it, too. He did not accept payment for the second treatment, saying that he wished he would have found them last week. We had four types of ants and he took care of each type. A month later, we have seen no evidence of ants in the house or the yard.

If a insect issue occurs between treatments, the service is covered. He was able to eliminate an ant problem in one treatment that another pest company could not resolve on several visits.
