They were nice and did a decent job cleaning except for my master shower. However, they don't communicate very well. They were supposed to come back to my house and clean monthly, but after the first cleaning, they never responded to my e-mails about coming out again.

Penny has problems communicating effectively. If she ever does return your phone call (and don't expect her to return any call!), she does not seem to have the capability to fully stop her wandering mind long enough to listen effectively to what is told her. She seems to listen to the first few words of what you are saying and then her mind goes wild and she interprets the rest of what you are going to say. She will then interrupt you and respond with something that has nothing to do with what you were going to say. And then she has difficulties accepting that her interpretation of your statement was incorrect and it takes a huge effort to get her back on track. Quite fascinating, really. I finally gave up. Anyway, stay away from this service. It's horrible!
