Description of Work: Replace countertops, light fixtures, sink, and painted kitchen walls and cabinets. Project manager ordered wrong paint, disappeared in the middle of the job. Company owner did not show up until after work was completed and he wanted to collect the balance. He did agree to reduce the amount for the painting, and offered to try to find a fix for the unsatisfactory work. However I never heard from him. This company would probably be fine for small jobs and my experience may not have been representative. Everyone was very nice, but communication among the employees was severely lacking, leaving me to try to relay information from one person to the next. I am not a remodeling or construction expert, but did do research using Angie's list and got three bids on my project. I was trying to avoid managing subcontractors, but ended up having to do that anyway.

Description of Work: Took a day off from work so that they could install an attic lift for me. They came exactly when they said they would but once they arrived they did not have the ability to do it. They were supposed to have their master carpenter come out but I never saw them ever again and they never even attempted to contact me. I don't see how they are rated so high with Angie's List. A real waste of my time.

We actually did try to reach you to have our carpenter look at this. Those Versalift installations can be tricky depending on the configuration of your attic space. We would have done the work on the initial visit if it was a standard install. We apologize for the mis-communication.
