Brad responded quickly and appeared on time, explained what he would do, and didn't waste any time doing it. Very polite and professional. The cross-connection test requires him to turn off the water and wait for the results, so he was here for about 2 1/2 hours, which explains what seems like a high price.

They had problems with the installation controlling the water pressure and almost caused major problems with our inside pipes. Otherwise things went well. We even had them come back to expand the system from 16 to 30 zones. Over the last 2 years the system has not gone a month without problems. Line breaks caused by uncontrolled water pressure, cheap pipes that split, pipes that came apart because they weren't glued properly or at all. We can't keep our water bill under control due to leaks and line breaks. When you call them now you are lucky to get a call back after a few days. They don't announce themselves when they show up for service and they don't fix everything they are supposed to.

This was definitely a company, that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. We had a lot of problems with their service. First, they brought the wrong kind of heads for our sprinkler, so they had to make a second trip. Some areas they forgot to install some sprinkler heads, so we had huge puddles in our yard. The contractor they sent couldn't speak English. We had to have our landscaper translate for us. They had sprinklers coming right under our lawn chairs. It was just a horrible experience.
