LONE STAR RESTORATIONS

I tried to contact them via internet (per their site) for an estimate and also by phone. NEVER hear from them. I had used them a few years ago and the work they did was very good, but over 1.5 months I have been trying to reach them and nothing. So very disappointing. I am now looking for another company to repair damage that my movers did to my furnature.

This company came to my home hired by May Flower Moving. The owner, Guy Endsley is a VERY friendly guy. I can not say the same for his bland, unfriendly, blunt office person, Tanya also his wife. You call for an appointment several times she may or may not return your messages. When she schedules your appointment it is usually no sooner than 6 weeks out. Not only is it so far in advance, you have the lovely 4 hour window where you are landlocked to your home. Guy came to me on a few occasions, when you are dealing with a moving company they go through a "process" to get your items repaired rather than just paying for what was damaged. Guy's final visit he repaired where a moving sticker was placed on my dining room table top (wood) he fixed the stain and razor bladed the finish off. When the work was completed he said, "the scratches will go away when I apply furniture polish". That is not the case. I contacted Tanya regarding the repair problem. Refuses to fix the damage...
