+ -1 moreOur service with Rich from Lone Star Chem-Dry was exceptional. He was friendly, professional and thorough. We were concerned with some lingering pet odor stains from our dog. He took the time to listen to our concerns and tailored the service to our needs. We also had a wool rug cleaned. Rugs are often not easy to clean without causing damage and he took his time, and was careful. The rug and carpets look great! I would highly recommend his services. We will not have anyone else clean our carpets!
