+ -1 moreJohnny made an experience I was dreading very easy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the information for me to make a decision to replace my tank water heater with a tankless for a very reasonable price that was within range of what I thought it should cost based on my research. . The quotes I got from three different companies the year before were much higher and convoluted. I also had him install a water softener with a water filtration system. The total price for the tankless water heater, water softener and filtration system was lower than 2 0f the 3 the quotes that I got from the other companies for just the tankless water heater. Johnny is also very accessible. I called him on a holiday weekend to ask a question not realizing it was a holiday. He actually answered my call and took the time to answer my question. It has been a few months now and I am very happy with the work and products. I highly recommend Johnny Pipes.

+ 0 moreJohnny did an incredible job with installing my pre-bought water softner. He communicated clearly and nicely over the phone and through text and offered to personally do the installation. He gave an honest overview of the softner I bought. The work was done quickly, he installed a shutoff valve, and he took the time out afterwards to explain how to operate the system and answer my questions. There's nothing more I could ask for :)
