I was very disappointed. His ad states that he is not finished until you are satisfied, but that was not the case. He finished the fence the end of May and it already needs replacing. He fixed just a portion of it. It is warped. He will not take phone calls. He left debris on my front lawn. I am in a homeowner's association so I had to haul it away by myself. I had gotten a warning from my homeowner’s association that I was going to be fined so I had to find somebody to do that work. It was a horrible experience. He was also rated by the Better Business Bureau. I was so disappointed in him. The fence is already warped and needs to be replaced. It was done cheaply and there are gaps between the posts. My house is 12 years old and I had the tiles that I wanted him to replace because they don't make them anymore. Mr. Pate did not come back to do that work. He sent other workers that did not speak English, which was another problem. They spoke Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish so that was a big problem. They took up 27 tiles so I was left with tiles that couldn't be replaced. We ended up having to get tile that sort of looks the same but it doesn't match. If I ever sell the house, I am going to have to replace the tile throughout the whole house. It was really a bad experience. Once he came to do the estimate I never saw him again because he sent other workers and that was a problem. I would never use him again. It wasn't a big job and it looks like something the neighborhood boys would do. The only good thing was that I was excited to have the work done and I had saved up the money for the work. The fence is warped and now I have to redo both jobs.
