Jeremy has always been extremely helpful whether it be for a quick question or fixing an electrical problem. When our breaker went out it was a Saturday after regular business hours. Jeremy called around to a number of stores looking for the part. Unfortunately, we could not get the part from anywhere until Monday morning. On Monday, Jeremy went across town first thing to get the part and get our power fixed. He is always super helpful, courteous and willing to go out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend Jeremy.

They did a great job. I thought their customer service was wonderful. Also, technician worked very hard, cleaned up well, and was incredibly professional.

Jeremy was recommended by my Interior Designer. He arrived in a timely manner and brought someone with him to help with the job. It was a time-consuming job and he worked on it all day (without taking a lunch break), and then returned the next day to finish up a few remaining items. He takes great pride in his work, and is very good about consulting with you along the way to ensure you will be happy with the final product. He is friendly and seems to enjoy what he does. He even returned later to take care of a few items (* listed above) that were unrelated to the job he did, and he didn't charge me. Without a doubt, I will recommend him to my family, friends and clients.

Jeremy was very punctial, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He installed the whole home surge protector and even addressed other electrical issues in our braker box while he was performing the work. He educated me on the issue and helped me understand what he was doing to fix the problems. I also called him on a Friday afternoon, and he came out that evening and performed all the work, on short notice. We plan to use him for future electrical work, such as recessed lighting and the relocation of outlets / switches. I highly recommend using him for your electrical needs.

I called Jeremy on a Monday about coming to get an estimate on how much it would cost to run conduit and lines from my main breaker box, install a sub GFCI breaker box, install a GFCI outlet to plug in devices, and to hook up my spa. He answered immediately and was polite and professional. He said he could call me back the next day at a certain time to discuss when he had an opening. True to his word, he called back exactly when he said he would an made an appointment for the next day. Jeremy showed up on time and was very personable. Immediately I liked his professionalism and personal way of treating potential customers over other contractors I had come out and give a bid. He gave me a competitive quote, actually very competitive, and after talking with him I decided to book him for a job. He told me he could come out in two days, Friday to complete the job. Later in the day he said he had some time come up and could come Thursday if I wanted. So we agreed on Thursday. He showed up when he said he would and got to work. He worked fast and didn't seem to mind me coming out and checking on things a few times. He made sure he completely understood where I wanted things mounted and gave his opinion on placement as well. He finished the job and made sure to take all scraps and trash with him. I was very happy with the end product. On Thursday night, the same night, I noticed the spa wouldn't turn on. I wasn't sure if it was a problem with the electricity or a problem with the spa. He promptly came out Friday to check on everything. We found that the GFCI breaker in the sub box was fried. Apparently there was a defect in the item. He put in a temporary breaker and took the brand new one back to get it replaced. He came back out Monday and replaced it with another new breaker and everything has been fine since. So while I did have an issue, not due to workmanship, but due to a faulty product which was not Jeremy's fault, I was very very happy with the customer service I received AFTER I had already paid for the project. Jeremy was very apologetic and very diligent in making the situation right. He made sure my spa would work over the weekend and then came and brought out a new breaker since that is what I paid for. I would say the way Jeremy handled the customer service/warranty part of his contract work is what really made him shine. I've had contractors that once you pay them, can't be bothered to come back out if there is a problem. Not so with Jeremy at Priority Electric. He wants to make sure you are fully satisfied and takes pride in his work and customer service. For that I am grateful and whole heartily recommend him to other Angie's List members. He even did a follow up courtesy call 3 days later to make sure everything was going fine and I was happy with everything. coming from an Electrician, all I can say is wow.

The person (Jeremy) was very punctual. He called to confirm the appointment a day before, and he came on-time. As mentioned above, he tried to understand my request and my concern, and he provided really good response. His idea and response to resolve my electric problem met my expectation. His idea seemed simplify the 3-way to only 1-way switch because there's no point to have 3-way switch, and totally disconnect the outlet for sprinkler system from the switch for outdoor light. I scheduled an appointment this week to have the work done, and I will update this report with the work result.

I had Jeremy from Priority Electric come out and figure out why we kept having problems flipping circuit breakers in our house. The house is only 11 years old and we used to be able to run the microwave and other things in the kitchen at the same time - but in the last 6 months or so every time I ran the microwave and something else in the kitchen at the same time we'd lose power in the whole house...I got tired of flipping the circuit breaker back on and knew that there was potentially a much bigger issue. I contacted Priority Electric and they came out when they said they would - he even called about 15 minutes out to reconfirm that he'd be there which I really appreciate as it gives me a chance to let the dogs out etc.. Jeremy came out and inspected the breaker box and spent time looking at all the breakers and testing various things. He appeared to be well organized, neat and personable. He found the problem and explained exactly what the problem was and how he knew it was really the problem. He replaced on of breakers that had gone bad - and then did some load testing (basically we had the kids turn on EVERYTHING in the house at the same time! lol what fun for my kids) and he did more testing just to make sure the problem was resolved. Ever since he was out the problem has not reappeared and I am very confident that it is finally, complete resolved.

Came out and disconnected a dangerous electrical wire left out by another electrician.

Working with Jeremy was more than a pleasure. I'm getting my house (1970) ready for sale & fixing those things that had been pointed out by the inspector. A few days ago I spent 3 hours trying to install GFI's in the kitchen without getting them to work. I called Jeremy at 9 at night & we scheduled a time on a Saturday for him to come out & address all the inspection issues. He came out on time & while I'm comfortable working around electric, he is truly a master electrician. I observed some of his work & he was kind enough to explain what he was doing & why. It is rare to find someone who really enjoys their job...Jeremy is such a person.

Perfect. Jeremy's attention to detail is fantastic and his attitude is unbelievable. All he wants to do is make sure you are happy. He also did a lot of work on my sister's house. I can't say enough good things about him, just overall an excellent experience.
