Steven was the first person I spoke with and he told me exactly what was needed and what to expect. He also did some work elsewhere in my home, and when it came time to work on the fuse box, he called Jeremy to rebuild it. These two broke the mold as far as what I expected. They were very professional and competent, and easy to talk to. The work was done in a timely manner for the amount originally quoted. They cleaned up after themselves so well you would never know they were here!

He was fabulous. It was his own company. Very professional and he is a new business in Austin.

He is very, very good. If he sets an appointment with you, he will call about 2 times in advance including the day before, to make sure you're on schedule with him to come. He works with your schedule. He gives you a discount for your services if you let him work for you. He makes it easy to do business with him. His service was excellent, his price was reasonable, and he puts on shoe covers before he comes inside. He is coming Monday to do some more work at 5 pm. I give him high ratings.

Called Jeremy on a Thursday and had him out to the house the next day. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He quickly and cleanly routed the new wiring and installed the new fixture. In addition, I had a number of other electrical questions in my house. He answered each quickly and offered advice on how I could repair them myself if I wanted to. I appreciated him not trying to oversell me.

Overall, we are very happy with the end result. We picked one of his ideas about the pattern of the new recess lights. One unexpected problem is that the ceiling fan and another existing light is not centered in our family room and throws off the whole pattern. Jeremy found the problem first and then readjusted the pattern and make them looks much better. Also we have to reroute a few wires and he did an excellent job. In the whole process, Jeremy is very open and discuss various ideas with us. This makes us feel very comfortable to work with him and discuss various ideas and concerns with him. His helper, Joshua, is a hardworking guy, too. Yes, we will hire him again if we have electrical work to do in the future.

I had called and explained that we only had one outlet in the garage and we needed at least three more and if possible a cable line this was being done for my husband to bring his dream of a great shop garage to life! Jeremy totally understood and within 2hours had the sockets installed, lines run, cable placed and not a speck of Sheetrock dust anywhere - my husband loves it and everything was placed perfectly and professionally will recommend and will use again - Jeremy was fantastic!

I called Austin Priority Electric at 8:00 am on 2-14-12 and was pleasantly surprised that Jeremy actually answered his phone. No voice mail, no leave a message but a live human on the other end! This in itself earns him high marks in my book. I had a small list of electrical fixes that needed attention and explained to him what I was wanting and he agreed to come out to the house that day and take a look. He arrived within 4 hours of my call and knocked out the first 2 items licitly split. The last item was more of a mystery problem and he got to work troubleshooting to determine where the electrical short was all the while asking questions about what we had done around the time we first noticed the short. When I told him of a light switch my husband had replaced he immediately went to the switch and took the cover off. There it was, the root of the problem! He redid it properly and within seconds and the mystery was solved.I can not say enough about the professionalism of this gentleman, the pride he takes in his work and his attention to detail. He came with a fully stocked truck of everything that could possibly be needed to do any job big or small and even cleaned up after himself. And to make him more perfect, his charge for was so reasonable I could hardly believe it! I can not ring enough praise for this master electrician. I HIGHlY recommend him for any electrical needs and I will only call him for any future repair / fixes.

Our first floor livingroom had zero ceiling lighting. Jeremy installed lighting and a ceiling fan. WOW!! What a difference it has made. Jeremy worked with us to decide the placement of the lighting. He listened to our needs and opinions and dealt with us in a very professional manner. Since we have a two story home, installing lighting on the first floor was more complicated. Jeremy was very thorough in explaining everything required to do the installation correctly. The job went smoothly, was finished in the time estimated and there were no extra, unexpected costs. We are very pleased with Jeremy's work and and will not hesitate to call Austin Priority Electric again. We've already recommended Jeremy to friends.

Jeremy was here as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. He did a great job and I'm happy I hired his company and would recommend them.

So, Jeremy was on time. He consulted us how we want the lights installed. I had florescent lights in kitchen. The demo was clean. Being on the first floor with bathroom on top, there were some structure challenges in installing recessed light but he had ideas and managed to install light as per my vision. The complete job took about 4-5 hours. He was very calm and made sure we were calm too, because of lot of drywall tearing and other issues. Overall, it was worth the price.

Work was done ahead of time. Very professional. Excellent price & seemed to be very concerned that I was happy with his work.

Jeremy is a good communicator, saving me money with his optional way of completing the work (which was done quickly, cleanly, and without too much racket).Glad to have found a great electrician! He should be on top of this list!

I needed to have some electrical work done last December so I reached out to Austin Priority Electric for some help with this project. The quality of workmanship done was very high and he was able to add some new tasks that were not part of the original project. I would use Austin Priority Electric again in the future.

The business owner, Jeremy Clarence, was very responsive and a complete professional from start to finish. I needed better lighting in my home office, but could not afford to be down for an entire business day. Jeremy agreed to do the work for me on the MLK holiday which was very helpful. Jeremy and his assistant Matt showed up exactly as scheduled and also agreed to add four lights to the master bedroom. I know this was extra business, but it was unplanned and on a holiday. I would have completely understood if it had to be another day, but it was not a problem for Jeremy who goes out of his way to make a customer happy. Their work was swift and professional and I'm very happy with both rooms. I will definitely call Jeremy for any future electrical needs.

Jeremy was great, professional and polite. I had a list of electrical issues needing work and got all of them resolved. He also gave me some great advice and suggestions on moving a dining light switch and getting a new breaker panel. I didn’t know what to expect as far as cost but felted that I got a great price for all the work done. I definitely recommend him to all and will be using him again for future projects.

Overall he did an awesome job. I live out in the middle of no where. So I had called Jeremy to ask about service areas. He agreed to come out, which many people in Austin don't do, and charged me a nominal fee. Totally reasonable. But overall he was super knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. I feel safer in my house because of the excellent work he did. I would certainly call him again for any electrical needs.

I needed a contractor to add a 240v/45 amp line to our garage (for a pottery kiln). I contacted several providers for estimates, and eventually ended up discussing the project with Jeremy Clarence, the owner of Austin Priority Electric. Jeremy clinched first shot at the contract by the simple expedient of diagnosing a long-standing problem I had with my home's external 110v power outlets (which had stopped working) and telling me how to fix the problem for free. Granted the problem was trivial, but he could have easily gotten a paid service call for doing essentially nothing, and he didn't. That got my attention. Jeremy came out that same day to look at the actual job site. The job required putting in a 50' run of 240 cable from the main box, through the garage wall (brick) and into a sub-panel. For the main run, I wanted buried wire and copper, not aluminum. I agreed to dig the ditch for the buried line myself, which helped reduce the cost. Jeremy gave me a very reasonable bid, and set work date for 12/29 (this conversation took place on12/23). Jeremy called back on the 27th and told me he had an opening a day earlier (the 28th), and asked if that worked for me. I told him that it did, but that I wanted to modify the work order. We had a hot tub in our garage that we intended to put on an exterior deck (some day), and my wife had asked me what it would cost to wire it up at the same time, since we were putting in 240 for the kiln anyway.Jeremy came back out and took some additional measurments and checked the specs for the hot tub. The additional draw added by the hot tub required upgraded cable for the main run and upgraded components in the sub-panel as well. The final bid was $1250, with me digging the ditch and providing an extra hand where needed (which meant that Jeremy didn't have to hire an extra hand; a savings that Jeremy passed on to me). Jeremy then told me he would be back with the components at around 10:00 AM the next morning. Jeremy showed up right on time the next morning. I had the ditch mostly ready, and he began by punching the pass-through in the exterior garage wall while I completed the digging. By the time we finished up, around 4:30, Jeremy had not only completed the contracted work, but had also: Helped me move the kiln (which weighed ~300 lbs) from the house and into the garage. Helped move the (empty) hot tub into a new position in the garage Waited until the hot-tub had filled and could be activated, then helped us trouble-shoot some leaks Helped me back-fill the ditch for the buried cable. Now that is service. Jeremy was friendly, but very professiona, checking and explaining his work at every step. Even my wife was impressed, and she is a very picky and demanding customer. I would contract him again without hesitation.

We called Jeremy today and he said he could come out and fix the problem today. He was on another job when we called and gave us an estimated time of arrival. Jeremy called us when he was on the way to our house to let us know that he was on the way and the approximate arrival time. When Jeremy arrived he quickly brought in his ladder and other equipment and started to work. He asked us to describe the problem and told us the possible solutions to the problem. He then got to work checking the possible problems and testing as he went along. He tried several solutions and when one did not work he tried the next possible solution for fixing the problem. He discovered that it was a wiring problem and he rewired in order to solve the dilemma. He asked if we had any other problems or concerns and asked if we needed help with anything else. Jeremy is both proficient at his profession, and we feel he could solve any electrical problem that we encounter.

We discussed and agreed on the type of lights and the best placement, and Clarence did the rest. Very professional look.

I called Jeremy at About 5:30 in the afternoon, and he came out to my house a half hour later. I had a light switch to my outdoor lights that was making the lights flicker. I had gone to Home Depot to get a couple manual switches to replace a timer switch that wasn't working. I was just going to do it myself, but after taking a look at what the last electrician did the last time, I thought I'd leave it to a professional. I found the business on Angie's List. I called about 5:30 in the afternoon to see if I could make an appointment for the weekend, but it turned out he was going past me place on the way to another job and would be by in about a half hour the same night. Jeremy arrived about twenty minuets after I called and replaced the switch. Works great now, and couldn't be happier with the job!

We cannot overstate how pleased we are with his service! He did great work, provided professional guidance, and was open and respectful of my input and questions. Jeremy has a pleasant, friendly demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. When he finished the installation of the ceiling fan, he demonstrated the use of the remote control unit. It worked perfectly. Mysteriously, later that day it stopped working and we had to call him back. He responded quickly and without "attitude". After troubleshooting, he determined that the remote control unit was faulty. Since we had provided the unit, we got a replacement and called him to install the new unit a few weeks later. He came in a timely manner, even though he was trying to get out of town for a holiday trip. We really appreciate his thoroughness and his responsiveness. Most of all in these days when customer service is so often lacking, we appreciate his friendly, customer service oriented work. We have confidently recommended him to friends.

Jeremy is fantastic! Great work and...wait for it...he came in under his estimate!! Here's a guy that gets it. Sure he is great electrician, but what separated him from the other electricians (actually from almost all other contractors) is that he craved my satisfaction with his work. As things changed throughout the job he didn't seek to take advantage by adding nickels and dimes, he just said no problem and got it done. He's one of the few contractors that I keep in my cell phone.

I received Jeremys name from a friend and then also checked Angies List to see how he was rated. He is very easy to work with, he listens to your wants/needs. The appointment was made, he arrived right on schedule, confirmed what he was doing and went right to work. The ceiling fans look terrific, dimmer switch is marvelous, and the can light is back to normal. All were done in no time at all, he cleaned up and the final bill was right what was quoted! I would definately use Jeremy again, and recommend him to others for your electrical needs.

As soon as Jeremy left my house last week, I got out my address book, put his information in it, and erased all other electricians and lighting technicians. None of them were sub par; he was just that good. I promptly gave his card to four of my friends, but was not as prompt about sitting down and singing his praises to Angie and the rest of us who are always looking for great work. Sorry, Jeremy! When I was looking at the many, many electricians listed in Angie's List, I paid notice to happy customers saying that Jeremy can do anything, and is more than willing to, unless it is not electrically sound. I had already been talking with an electrician who came out to see what I was asking for, and he stopped answering my e-mails. I am fairly sure that he tired of talking to me (no. could that be possible?) about my options for illuminating a stairwell. Jeremy was his opposite. Not only did he hear me and say that he could do what I was asking, but he also gave me a number of other options, all good. I asked him to go ahead and start with replacing our ugly dining room chandelier, which he did right away. Because I had bought Ugly's replacement used, it did have a few glitches that made me want to re-think buying anything used. Jeremy fixed everything about it, though; something I'm not sure that another electrician would have gone the extra mile to do. Surely not Bachelor Number One, who gave up on my lighting requests and stopped returning e-mails about the job. The next job was a straightforward exchange of a pitiful-looking entryway light with a handsome one. Jeremy described everything he was doing, and I learned a lot along the way. For one thing, I saw him hang all of his body weight from the plate (?) from which the light would hang, showing me that if they fell, it was because the roof had fallen and not because the lights were inadequately installed. After those two jobs, Jeremy was still up to looking at my breakfast nook light, this one not only-- you guessed it -- ugly, but also dangerous. I had taken off a ceramic part to replace it with one that didn't smell like dead fish. No, I'm not crazy. I screwed in the new one at an angle, and we had not been able to unscrew it to seat it correctly, so the shade had been hanging precariously from the bulb. Jeremy is the only person who has been successful in fixing that. As soon as I get a new fixture for that spot, I'll call him out again. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough. He has an incredible can-do attitude, and is as nice as he could be, to boot.

Jeremy was very professional and courteous from the initial meeting and bid to the end of the job! He stayed in budget and on time and it was very refreshing to see someone with so many new ideas. He is a master electrician and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work! We would highly recommend Jeremy and his team at Priority Electric to anyone who wants the job done right!
