She was really responsive. I gave her the exact sqft I wanted and was very specific about everything like our front door cannot be opened in to a room and there should be an entry way. She has taken us too many houses and is in contact with us in a daily basis through email and upgrading. She also gives new ideas and how to track them and also different options. She is great. I would be going to see a house in the next week. She is just been a super star. She has been very helpful.

My agent in particular is Glory from JB Goodwin Realtors. I have referred her to many people. She takes time with me to know what I need and everything. She is very good in giving options. She is very responsive and very punctual. I will use her again in the future.

She was referred by a family friend. When I talked to her, she made it clear that she appreciates referrals and she would work very hard for my business and make sure that I got what I wanted. Whenever we were out looking at a house, she definitely had my interest in buying and didn?t try to make a house fit to what I wanted. She pointed out things in the house that I liked and at the same time point out things that I didn?t like. She never tried to push in a direction that I was not comfortable going. I never felt like she was guessing me at all about anything. She was always willing to listen to what my needs were. She worked with me before hand and even after selling the house and she was always there to help me and made sure that I got what I wanted. Her fees were included in the closing cost and I believe the seller paid her. Since closing of the house, she has been very helpful and I have sent her a lot of referrals and she sends me gifts and toys. She has always returned my calls within a day and also contacts me through email or mail.
