Right before we moved into our new house our entire AC system went out and needed to be replaced. In typical fashion the home warranty was useless and the company they sent out provided terrible service and wasn’t helpful. I was frantically getting bids for the replacement system because it was 100+ degrees in the house. I went through five different HVAC companies in the process who all claimed they would be able to provide the best service and get a final approval for the Austin Energy Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Rebate + Loan program. The amount of dishonest and overpriced bids that I received for substandard equipment blew my mind. In my last attempt to find a provider I called iAir Services and had the pleasure of speaking with LaCounte. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. All work was completed to the specifications of the Austin Energy Home Performance program and the equipment provided was all high quality. The price came out to be exactly where our budget needed to be and we received amazing service with great communication from the entire team at iAir Services. I highly recommend them and have started referring them to friends and family. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with iAir Services for any future needs we might have. I needed to replace my HVAC system at my business. I contacted several companies including Intelligent Air because of their ratings. Clay was very helpful in getting me the price and answering my many questions and coordinating the install to accommodate my stores schedule. Daniel was in charge of the install and he and Angel and Carlos did a great job. Daniel and Angel were constantly talking about what options would work best as they went through the process of tearing out a 20 plus year old system and fitting in the new system. It was clear that they new what they were doing and were working together to get the best result. They helped me set up the new wifi thermostat and answered all my questions before they left. John stopped by a few days later to meet the city inspector and make sure the inspection went well and to make sure that I was completely happy. They filed the paperwork for a rebate from the city and because it was the first time filing a commercial rebate, there was a little confusion but we worked together with the city and got it right. I would highly recommend Intelligent Air for any HVAC needs.
