Guided Inspections

Jesse was oustanding. He was on-time and thorough. He answered all our questions and gave a report with pictures the next day

At the suggestion of my real estate agent I hired Jesse Bryant. At first I was skeptical because Angie’s List had no reviews and his entry there did not link to his website, but the reviews on Yelp were uniformly stellar, so I took my chances. It turned out to be an excellent choice, because his work was positively outstanding. First, Jesse’s very personable and easy to talk with, and we quickly found out we had lived in the same county in North Carolina at one time. He comes across as honest, down to earth, bright, and committed to his calling. Once he starts the inspection, he gets down to work and puts the chatting on hold. I was on site photographing the property during the entire three hours he spent looking over everything. The final half hour was dedicated to his explaining to me the key discoveries, using photographs he had stored on his tablet. He also walked me around to point out the major shortcomings that needed to be addressed. The 36 page write up was ready the next day, and I’m confident that it is thorough and complete. Jesse also kept me updated with emails, and I phoned him a week later with some follow up questions. He called me back within a half hour and took all the time needed to help me prioritize the repairs and replacements. My only suggestion for improvement is that he flag the most significant findings in the report, since he gives equal detail to both minor and major issues. Of course his verbal review focused on the major issues, but I was entirely occupied in understanding his points and did not have time to jot them down. Time will tell if I uncover any flaws that he missed, but if there are any, I believe he will welcome the feedback.
