+ -1 moreWe have had them for a number of years. They serviced an old unit we had and it went bad about a year and a half ago. We had them come out and they installed an entirely new system. Since then we have had one issue with the new system and they came out and it was right up against the warranty period at the time. They repaired it and didn't question at all the timing or anything like that. They are a really good company. I really like doing business with them. They are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable. They are not pushy. They are punctual. They are a good company.
Description of Work: We have got a maintenance agreement with them so they come out in the Spring and the Fall and check our unit from stem to stern. They probably came out in October for a routine maintenance check. They don't charge per visit they charge $150 for the retainer. What they do is they come out twice a year and inspect your system and take care of any minor items that need it and you go on some priority list. If you call them and you are part of their preferred client then they will get you first.
