Description of Work: I got the Big Deal and then opted for several additional services to get my lawn treated for chinch bugs and other pests and to get it in shape. Emerald Lawns personnel come back when the next treatment is needed and put the bill on my door.

Description of Work: Did an good/ok job. They failed to call beforehand as requested to confirm I'd be home to let them in the locked gate. I coincidently happen to arrive the same time. My opinion, the aerator should have had sharper tines in order to extract deeper and cleaner plugs of dirt? Overall though, good machine (heavy duty aerator) and pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Emerald called a couple of days before doing the service so I could water the night before and have my lawn ready to be aerated when they came. This is the second year I've had them aerate for me. My lawn looked a lot better after the first round, so I'm looking forward to it being even better after this round.
