When we started in 2006 from the spare room in our home, we knew we wanted to address the challenges of Central Texas soil and weather by treating employees like family and each lawn like our own. Now, with three branches across Central Texas, our growing team is still dedicated to helping ensure that folks from San Antonio to Waco have a green & weed-free lawn, healthy trees & shrubs, and fewer outdoor pests.

Description of Work: We were very impressed with the knowledge of Emerald Lawns. We originally purchased aeration services, but after a detailed consultation we elected to purchase ongoing maintenance to handle problems with our yard that we were unknowledgeable about. Description of Work: I called and said my parents that live with me noticed the work wasn't done properly similar to another review. I asked to have my program halted as it was expensive as application wasn't applied over entire yard. Despite my phone call request not to return, the company did another service with the same lack of proper application. I therefore refused to pay my bill. After several months I got a call back and again complained about their service. I was settled on paying for 1 treatment. I changed companies after that. I would recommend that customers know when a service was being done and watch the workers.
