Description of Work: The yard seems to be coming along better than before except we still have some major bald spots. Wish they had a better website for paying the bill when you can't read the handwriting left behind on the bill. The website site does not give you the price, you can only enter it based on deciphering the handwritten bill.

Description of Work: I hired them using a coupon to do a one time treatment of weeds in a small front yard. They gave me a one year program which I thought I told them I was not interested in - I have a regular yard crew already Well, the next thing I know - I got a bill for another treatment. I rang their office and they said that they sent an email outline the program and just assume I accepted as i did not reply. i told them email fatigue- their mail was in spam folder. anyway, I paid the second bill and they cancelled the year program.

+ -1 moreBased on Angie's List recommendations, I decided to give Emerald a shot. Luke came out, gave the yard a look and we set up a 7 times a year maintenance schedule plus grub. Friendly, helpful and honest. No contracts, so continued service is based on consistent work and results. Definitely recommend on these merits.

Description of Work: Called about my 4000 sq ft lawn; the owner Luke called back within an hour then came out same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional, definitely knows lawn care! Spent about an hour explaining my yard problems and necessary treatments. Made recommendations on things I needed to do to help build the soil and grass. I signed up for regular treatments. The next day he sent Clint out to fertilize, treat the fungus and weeds, etc. They do 7 treatments a year at $43 each time (w/tax). Also having them do aeration next week for $79, and grub treatment in June for $68. You pay as you go, no contracts or auto billing. I'd had fire ant Top Choice applied already, but they do that also. I highly recommend Emerald Lawns if you need lawn treatments in the Cedar Park/Leander/Round Rock/Georgetown areas. Emerald Lawns is a small, local, reliable company that emphasizes personal contact and working with you. Their prices are very fair for the effort the put into the work!
