Very well. The technicians were prompt and called (as I requested) a few minutes before arriving. They took their time putting down the dillo dirt. The machines are high tech and spread the dillo very evenly across the lawn. Based on my past experience (Emerald Lawns put down dillo dirt on my lawn several years ago), the results of the dillo dirt take 3-4 weeks to show. But, last time the results were fantastic. I could still see the effects of the dillo 2 years later!!!

I questioned why they applied grub worm control so early and they said that was a mistake. They said they would apply a free treatment of fertilizer and grub worm control around May, which is a more appropriate time for the grub control. I do appreciate a company that responds so quickly to questions and customer feedback. So although the initial service was not quite perfect, their handling of the error was so responsive and courteous, I have to give them an "A". I'll do business with them in the future.

The aeration and fertilization did a great job helping my lawn fill in those voids over the winter, so it actually looks better now than it did before their treatments. I have them scheduled to return to do the top soil work they recommended.

Very well. We signed up for their annual applications, so we will know more next year.

If you use them, realize they will quote a price and may jack it up after they see your yard. They do no appear to use illegal aliens, however, which is a plus to me.

They arreated and put down fertilizer and weed killer so the yard looked great and I didn't have to dig very many weeds last summer.

It appeared to be completely ineffective.

They were here all the times they were supposed to. One time I was walking down the road, and I saw their truck, and I told them I had two brown spots on my lawn. They came over right away and looked at it and gave me a grub control treatment. They're always here on time, and they always do what they're supposed to do. I signed up again for this year.

I like the fact that they are local. We will be using them this year for our lawn treatment.

Emerald contacted me by phone soon after I placed my big deal order. We agreed on an appointment date. The gentleman was on time, explained the process and completed the work promptly. Professional and knowledgeable.

We use Emerald Lawns regularly for lawn maintenance. They are professional, knowledgable and we don't have to guess about any issues with our lawn. They handle it! They also employ preventative measures. We highly recommend them.

Aeration was done at the time quoted to me. Was impressed with their weed control, they got rid of all the weeds in my yard and their fertilization turned my poor dying lawn into a lush, green oasis, with a lot less watering than the year before.

My lawn has never looked better. I didn't have problems with armadillo's, like i did in the past, due to grubs

Informed me of a date he would apply the trearment but did not make that date and did not inform me that he couldn't come. The next morning there was a note on my door that told me they did the lawn. I assume they did it although there was no way to verify that the work was done.

They did an evaluation of the lawn first. The aeration appointment was open in other words I could not set the appointment in advance. They called the day before they came out. When they got here they aerated the lawn but in most of the lawn the machine only penetrated the soil a 1/4 of an inch. The crew said it was because the soil was too dry. We were not told to water before and we most likely couldn't of watered with the restrictions and the open appointment time. I feel like it was a waste of money. The appointment coordinator/evaluation person follow up which I thought was nice.

I haven't used a lawn svc before (have traditionally done everything on my own). Had a less-than-perfect lawn last year, considered using a professional to help me out. Their core aeration service is done quickly. Too quickly, actually - on both occasions this year there were areas of my lawn near corners or edges where it was clear they didn't run the aerator. Had I just rented one for slightly less than what i paid them, I would have taken more care and been more thorough. I felt the same way about their lawn applications - there always seemed to be areas that clearly received no or greatly reduced amounts of the fertilizer than the bulk of my lawn. Those I think must come with the territory. What I really didn't like was that the annual service is *very* "hands off" after your initial walk-through and set-up with one of their reps at your house. While portions of my lawn had obvious issues (both at the outset and at various times through the year), never was there any substantive dialogue between the person who came out to service my lawn and me. You get a sparsely-annotated bill left on your front door and that's it - if you managed to miss their courtesy call the night before your treatment, then the only way you're going to speak with anyone about your lawn is if you call them. They were receptive and helpful over the phone, but after almost a full year, I am discontinuing my service. I think it works well for some people - the kind of folks who not only pay to have their lawn treated and cared for from a health perspective, but maybe also pay someone to mow/maintain it. I am not that someone, and paying these sums (about $45 each treatment, which is around 8 times a year) for a service that is conducted when I'm not around (so I can't observe the work), appears to be rushed, and provides no real feedback on my lawn health just isn't the service for me. However, I have found their reps (both those I have run in to in person and those I've spoken with on the phone at their office) to be helpful and friendly, and if I was in a different place (figuratively) I might consider paying them to care for my lawn health again.

Excellent service and follow up. They scheduled an appointment for estimate on my convinced and followed through timely. Also gave me estimate for future service. They fertilized my front yard and back yard and they look beautiful. They later on called me after few weeks to ask if I was happy with the service performed. Will definitely recommend these guys
