The guy who comes is so nice and friendly. He is also very helpful. There weren' t any unexpected issues to occur.

Team was professional and responsive. Knew what they were doing which turned my lawn around. This spring I have minimal weed growth compared to the weed jungle I had last year.

They did an excellent job both with communication as well as with the actual job itself.

After some minor delays with scheduling the service it was completed as expected. They did a great job aerating the front and back yard and the price couldn't be beat. Thank you.

That went fine. They were very good. They were punctual. The price was reasonable.

I have been using Emerald for a few years now, and I like them a lot better than TruGreen who I have used in the past. This is about the 4th time they have done a core aeration on my lawn. Everything went very well. I had marked my sprinkler heads the day before with flags, and no sprinkler heads were damaged during the process. The aerator left behind soil and grass cores that ranged in size from 1-3 inches, so I knew they had proerly penetrated the surface and created the necessary voids for the roots and new grass shoots to grow. I'll be using Emerald to aerate my yard about 2 times per year going forward.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They definitely did a great job. We had a positive experience. It was highly professional and if something did need to be repaired they let us know.

Showed up on time. A lot of workers did a good job. Everyone was very nice.

That turned out and was just fine. Just one technician came out to do that service for me.

It was a very simple procedure because I don't have much grass but it was pretty important to get it done because of the compaction. He did a good job. It was quick and easy and he took off and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other services which I appreciated. If I need it again, I would sure not hesitate to use them. I didn't have to ask them to do any spots or anything. I think I remember not being really sure exactly when they were coming.

I signed up for the Aeration special which they performed with no issues. I just moved into my home and know absolutely nothing when it comes to lawns, grass, weeds and lawn maintenance. We moved in to our house in November and all I could see if brown grass and what I thought to be were weeds. The young lady who came out to measure the lawn was able to tell me what types of weeds they were and told me that in addition to their program(which really focuses on pre-emergent weeds), they would come out free of charge and spray the already existing mess in the yard. Emerald Lawns came out several weeks later, sprayed the lawn and 2 weeks later I could see the weeds dying a slow death. Thank you Emerald Lawns for really helping a lawn newbie

They did a great job. The price was great because it is worth lot more than that. I would use them again in the future if needed to.

Cost vs results were not good. Only used them for a short time because to effectively treat our large number of weeds we needed more than spot spraying. They did offer to treat for free until we were satisfied but we decided we could do a better job for less money.

We were pleased. They showed up as scheduled and did good work. We were impressed enough to sign up for a lawn maintenance plan and have already had the first treatment last week. Again, they kept their commitments and we're expecting good results from what they recommended.

It was fine. They called and scheduled an appointment and they came out and measured the lawn to make sure that it met the criteria and they provided the service. They did what I purchased and they did not try to upsell me on any other services. They offered other services but they were not pushy. The only comment I make would actually be for the consumer. It never dawned on us to mark where we had our buried cable line so when the aeration equipment came out, it actually punctured our buried cable. It wasn't the service provider's fault, it was the cable companies' fault for not burying the cable deeply enough, but it would be a recommendation that if somebody were to purchase a service like this that they either mark or indicate to the provider where any buried cables might be that might be close to the surface.

They call before coming and provide tips about lawn watering and mowing. I would definitely recommend them.

Service provider was responsive, however services not needed due to inclement weather and seasonal changes.

They did not solve my issues. My yard looked worse after using them. I thought they were local and not one of the "big" companies that charge you monthly and just send somebody out who sprays whatever and charges you without being proactive. I was wrong.

They came out to measure the yard for the service and were very prompt. They called and set a date and time for the service and they called on that day to remind me of the service. The man was very prompt and he did a great job. I would use them again.

Showed up on schedule and performed the task. The result is a beautiful weed-free lawn that is lush and green.

It was a good experience. They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and were very thorough. Furthermore, the technicians were pleasant and friendly, and I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions.

Awesome service! I've have them keep up my lawn chemically approximately 8 times a year. New house, August 2013, and lawn looks better than all of my neighbors!! They call the day before with approximate time and explain what they're going to apply. Local company and superb service. Let's keep our money in Austin & use local business:-)

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I have weeds in my yard. Every year they come up and it's just a mess and I spend hours and hours weeding so I thought I really need to do the pre-emergent thing, but I don't know how to do it so I'll hire someone. Their price was reasonable because I knew nothing how it worked. He came out on time, he came to the door, and I told him to wait just a minute because I need to put the dog fence, don't go to the backyard. I have 3 dogs and 2 of them were quite large so I needed them to get inside. I start at the front and I walked across my passage room, opened the deck and they came in in maybe 30 seconds. My dogs were barking but he was already coming through the gate. Wow! He had already done the front yard. My lot size is maybe a sixth of an acre. It's just a regular house on a regular street, it's not a tiny yard, maybe an average yard. The backyard he did in less than 5 minutes. He just kind of walked along with a nice stride, almost like a marching band. Maybe every course per foot got one little granule. Wow, that's amazing! I asked him some questions and he wanted to walk through my yard and tell me what he really recommended on some bare spots, and all the services that the company could do which was fine. I was overwhelmed. It was informative for me. Now I know how to put on pre-emergent stuff. There was no extra cost.
