Good except broke a pipe that was not buried deep enough. Although it was not there fault. I would have appreciated an offer to repair the pipe quickly at an good additional price. They should be prepared for this issue.

Everything went well. The scheduling was easy, they did the work as promised, and the office staff was great, too.

Charise gave our initial assessment and estimate, which matched what we already suspected: that our lawn's roots were being choked by compacted clay soil and wasn't getting the nutrients needed due to this. We started with aeration and top dressing, which gave an almost miraculous boost to the life of the lawn within a mere 48 hours. Then, after just their first fertilization treatment, the green really "popped." So, as you can imagine, we've been hooked ever since. Sure, you can manage your own lawn. But after crunching the numbers, my husband and I realized that we really wouldn't be saving much money at all to do the work, so why not give ourselves a break and let the pros do the sweaty stuff? I'm satisfied with their prices, the results, and their customer service. We live in a tough climate for turf to grow lush, so hiring pros who understand the demands of each type of grass and the bugs that can sometimes plague it will be a sound investment instead of wasting time and money at Home Depot on Lord knows what chemicals. Give Emerald Lawns a try -- they guarantee their work, they don't make you sign a contract, and they use Earth-friendly products as much as possible, using the "heavy" stuff only when necessary. That, to me, is a win-win-win!

Emerald Lawns was prompt and did the job in record time.

The folks from Emerald come by 8 times a year and treat/fertilize our lawn. The cost is usually $43 except every now and then when it is more ($70-140). It's all handled on an agreement so nothing is a surprise. They have done a good job, so far, on our lawn getting it to look good.

We bought the deal because they had done good work for us on a previous occasion, and everything was fine as usual. They called a day before to confirm the appointment, they arrived on the scheduled date, and they did the work as promised. Ultimately, we have no issues with the work at this point.

They were good. There was an ant infestation right in my living room. The price was reasonable. I am getting fertilizer, i am getting aeration and topdressing. Initially their customer service was a little frustrating but we are getting along now.

The Emerald Law team came out quickly to perform the estimate and scheduled the service within a reasonable time after I accepted the estimate. The team was prompt and quick, and my lawn is already looking a lot better. Thank you!

The people are very friendly. They helped bring out the green in my lawn, and started treating for weeds. They come out about every 6 weeks or so now. They treat the weeds that they can (unfortunately, they cannot deal with crab grass - we had to pull those ourselves), spray for worms, and help keep our lawn looking green and healthy. They always leave tips on watering and mowing everytime they come out. Pet friendly!

These guys were actually very good. Only knock is their aeration equipment didn't work on the first try and weren't able to get it going. So, they had to come back a week or so later. Otherwise, very friendly and professional. Performed the work at a reasonable price and were very professional.

My lawn was having serious problems from a previous lawn service. They came out and diagnosed the problem instantly. They started me on a plan that is getting results. I appreciate their professional and willingness to work with me in fixing my lawn.

We are new homeowners and had no clue how to fertilize our lawn. I called up Emerald Lawns and the lady on the phone couldn't have been any nicer. She answered all of my questions and had someone to fertilze our lawn with 48 hours. We also had them come back out to aerate and our grass started looking better. I signed up for the program (8 fertilizations treatments a year plus weed control. I found a few more weeds a few weeks later and emailed for them to come back out. They responded within minutes and said they would be back to my house in 24 hours. Friendly and highly responsive staff, I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought the deal for $55 lawn aeration. Someone e-mailed promptly after my purchase to schedule someone to come check out my lawn and measure the dimensions and get me on their schedule to aerate. She told me to mark all of my sprinkler heads, which I did. The guy who came out to aerate was polite and worked quickly. I feel like I got a great deal and have recommended to family and friends, particularly because of the deal.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were timely, did what they were contracted to do and did a good job.

Happy with the price and work. Scheduling was ok, could have been quicker. I didn't like that I had to call the company to move forward with just the service I purchased. While it was nice that the company did a comprehensive analysis of my lawn, just wanted the aeration.

Russel (and Chris), called me prior to their visit to let me know when they would be here. They did a great job and left a very nice thank you note on my door. Cudos for a great job and great customer service!

Tony does a great job always calls the night before (so i can unlock my gate) and always answers any questions i may have. Very Professional. My grass looks the best out of all my neighbors and I trust these guys to do what is needed.

They were easy to work with and was able to come while we were not home.

We like them. They came out and it went well. The came to be able to owe the services you wanted. They won't try to get you in a large maintenance program. They have that and it's very easy to get in out of it. They were prompt, respectful and they came along efficiently. I had a little problem with the billing, it's not expensive but it's not also cheap and they're a little messed up with accounting but they're pleasant of that. Their regular maintenance service is 50 dollars a month.

The yard aeration went just fine. No surprises. I thought it was a good value for the money. Service tech was prompt and thoroughly covered all parts of the yard. Our grass is now responded two weeks later and is definitely greener than our neighbors - which is rare!

I've used Emerald Lawns in the past and had great service so I was pleased when they offered a Big Deal. I had planned to have them start treating my lawn regularly following the core aeration. I tech came out promptly to assess my lawn but I called his number on the note he left and left a message and never got a call back. I also emailed Emerald Lawns in mid-December after not getting a call back and it wasn't until mid-January that they responded to my email. When they finally managed to schedule the core aeration in February 2014 they did a good job, but the poor responsiveness made me reluctant to engage them for any further services.
