Emerald lawn service which I have used for over two years now, always doe's a Professional job. .This time they Aerated my lawn for better irrigation. They were punticual as always. The cost was $55.00.

Appointment was scheduled and aeration done using their coupon. Good value. I now have them fertilize my lawn a few times a year and control bugs/fungus.

They are very responsive to calls and scheduling and working with a dog and an older person. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the good grass will squeeze out the bad weeds in the coming months.

We agreed to continue utilizing the services on an every 6 week basis. We like the results so far.

Within a few hours of filling out online request for consultation we were contacted. The next day our lawn was evaluated during the free consultation. We hired Emerald Lawns on the spot. Two days later our yard was serviced by David, who was at our home before 8am treating the yard. David, as well as all others with the company was professional, punctual and polite. I contacted Emerald Lawns the following week (via email) to inquire about the date of the next treatment since my husband was the one with all initial contact...and we keep our gate locked/have pets. A reply came just minutes later with all that information. Customer service is extremely important to us....as important as the service itself...and Emerald Lawns has exceeded our expectations.

My yard didn't get any better, and I let them know about it. They offered to come out and do it again, but they didn't show up. About 3 weeks later they said they had made a mistake in scheduling, and wanted to come out, but by then I had enough, and so I terminated their service.

The person arranging the appointments was a great communicator and explained everything well. The service person who came to do the work was very prompt (ok, maybe a little early) and courteous. Overall they did a great job!

Extremely easy to work with. Was supposed to receive an email with more details though and never did. Regardless, lawn looks great!

Showed up first thing in the morning and got started right away. Did a brief survey of the property and went to work. While they were working I walked out to ask a couple of questions which they easily answered. I appreciated the fact that they stopped what they were working on to engage 100% in our conversation. They had the training and expertise to give me the information I needed to make decisions about future lawn care. Will definitely continue to do business with Emerald.

The big deal was $55, and I had additional things done, but for the service today, I did not pay them anything additional.

They did a good job of aerating. When I asked them to roll over a certain section again for more aeration - they did it no problem. They did have me mark my sprinklers before they came and that was a simple but good thing so that they didnt damage my sprinkler heads. The only problem with this experience - which is probably more of a problem with AL's system/process tan with Emerald Lawns - is that while AL requires you put in three suggested dates and times for the service you buy to be performed, this provider - Emerald Lawns - was never capable of meeting any one of those three dates that I had picked in the next week. Not suprisingly, they were booked with service requests and so it took about a week longer for them to get to my house and I had to make an additional outreach to them to setup a firm date that they could actually commit to. Once they did commit to a different date than the three earlier days I had input into AL, they were timely. So, a bit disappointing in that regard, but understandable I suppose. All in all, with the discounted price, the lawn aeration was well worth it.

They should give more information prior to scheduling the services. I was supposed to wet my lawn for fifteen minutes, so that they could then come through with machines and do the aeration. I was aware that I needed to do that, but the soil type that I have was so dense that it probably would have been better to know how soft it needed to be. So it was almost like a wash. When they came out and did it, it did not really do much because I should have probably soaked it overnight. I would use them again in the future, but I would ask them a question.

They showed up while I was not at home. I keep my back gate locked for security reasons so they didn't have access to my back yard and were only able to fertilize and treat the front yard.

I live in the hill country on a sloped .25 acre property with many oak trees on it (like 18 of them). Since I've lived there, I have had trouble finding an effective fertilizer on my bermuda lawn. Over time, the lawn was becoming sparse, losing color and weeds getting out of control, so I decided to call in Emerald Lawns to give me a free estimate. After they evaluated, we agreed on a short term treatment plan. They came out and did the first application. In a few days time, the weeds died and the lawn started to green up! Nothing they sell at Lowe's or Home Depot can compare to what they did with my lawn! I am inherently frugal by nature, but I consider their service to be well worth the price.

We have been using them over a year and the lawn has never looked better. Added the backyard this year. We have a 1/2 acre lot that had many issues.

It went very well, they were polite and professional. Very reasonable too.

This is the 2nd time I've used Emerald Lawns to aerate my yard. I purchased the Angie's List Deal for $59.00, I was contacted almost immediately to set up the appt. What was nice, they didn't try to upsell me, they set the time, arrived, did the aeration and left. I would highly recommend them

Arrived on time and completed job quickly. All the staff we dealt with were informed and courteous. Would use again for other services.

Showed up at the appointed time and provided a written detailed estimate for the services requested.When the estimate was provided I asked approximately when the service would be provided. I was told 1-3 weeks but it would not be 3-weeks more likely within 2 weeks. As it turned out it was almost 3 weeks to the day before the aeration and top dressing was completed, after some rain delay. I was a little disappointed with the amount of top dressing applied. My expectations might have been high, and it was not discussed during the estimate. What I ended up with was 1/8"-1/4" of topdressing applied evenly to the lawn with machines. My expectation based on my neighbors experience with other contractors was 1/2"-1". The job was completed in line with the estimate, the service personnel were very professional, and my yard was left tidy after the job. Since they do not use Dillo Dirt but other compost this might account for the lighter top dressing. I would use them again, but get and understanding of the amount of top dressing to be applied in advance at the time of estimate. The bed mulching was done as agreed and as expected.

On time, etc. Did very good job of aerating & offered lawn tips. Price was very good for a 1/2 acre lawn.

The service was wonderful. Jenny came out and did the assessment of my lawn on May 29th. She was so helpful in identifying what I did and did not need and offering suggestions. Russell came out to do the aeration. I plan on having them back out to do lawn fertilizing.

They made the appointment and arrived as they said they would. This is the second service that they have don e for us. I am going to make an appointment now for other services with this company.
