They come out every six weeks. They’re very reliable. They do what they say they’re going to do. They’ve been very helpful to me. Pricing is good.

They came out and did fine. The only problem I had was that they ended up running over my cable wires, but the actual job they did was good.

I've used Emerald Lawn services in the past and that is why I used their service this time. They are by far one of the best lawn service companies I have ever used. Their customer service is on my "Top 3 List" and to get that rating you have to be fantastic at nearly everything! I had to call and schedule them to come to my house and fertilize the yard. You'll get helpful folks on the phone when you call. They are usually very busy with lots of other customers lined up to get fertilization in the Spring so call ahead early if you want a specific week or time to get your yard done. They came out as scheduled (on time) and fertilized my front and back yard which is approximately 5000 sq. feet. minus the landscaped flower & shrub beds. I use Emerald Lawns also because they use products that have proven to work on my St. Augustine grass. If I'm not satisfied with any aspect of their service (which rarely happens) then I know they will work with me to make things right. I can count on them. I highly recommend this company to my family and neighbors.

Excellent. Called ahead of time as requested so I could make sure dog was inside. Called immediately afterwards to discuss what was done and give details. No problems. Punctual, professional, happy with service.

This company is excellent in following up to schedule and then following through with the treatment. Also they are very knowledgeable about what to do and when to do it.

Our grass looks really nice. Whatever they are doing is really working. They always give us a day or two notice before they come. They are very pleasant to deal with.

That service turned out well and they did what they were supposed to do. They did a preventative treatment and it helped maintain our lawn.

It went well. I renewed the contract this year. They give you a discount if you pay for the whole year. They always call first and leave packet of information before leaving.

It turned out to be good. We noticed that they do not do the piece of grass that grows to the street. They said that belonged to the city. They didn’t do that. I think that is maybe something they need to identify upfront. When we looked at the advertisement, we didn’t know that they excluded that area. We thought that they cover everything, but turned out that they didn’t do that piece. It's about three feet wide and twelve feet long. Anything that grows to the street, they said that was part of the city. I would recommend that they need to say it upfront otherwise their next customer will be disappointed.

They have made our lawn weed free and very nice. They tell you what to do.

Without a hitch. They scheduled promptly, showed up as planned, did what they were supposed to do and did it well.

At first there was a scheduling issue, but we got everything worked out. They showed up on time and they were efficient. Everything is great! I would recommend their services.

We initially contacted Emerald after purchasing the aeration special through Angie's List. We were also looking for a possible lawn care provider to help keep our lawn healthy. They came out prior to our aeration day to assess our lawn - they were friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with the wealth of information they shared with us, including things we could do ourselves to save a little money. The aeration went well and we signed up for their yearly service - they have already been back for our first fall treatment. Overall we are quite happy with Emerald so far and their caring and knowledgeable staff.

Not only did they get here on time, did what they said and with good results- they came back and retreated some places that we noticed had browned up. They even offered us the fact that our sprinklers needed some redirection to those spots, which we had checked and right on the money. I now feel I can forget about my lawn and let emerald take care of it. Very impressed with service levels, promptness and professionalism. No wonder everyone is raving about them! Hire them, you wont be sorry.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They ended up coming back and putting down turkey poop, which was really good for my yard. I would totally recommend them.
