Elite Custom Tile and Remodeling

In 2018 we obtained a judgment against Elite Custom Tile and Remodeling owned and operated by Joseph Wilson and his wife Rebecca Saul. We gave them five thousand dollars as a down payment. During the three day grace period we found out that the bond paper they gave us was false, and that they were not insured. We decided to pull out. They had no regular residence; we checked. They never did any work. We want to warn you. Do NOT use these people.

Joseph Wilson is a wonderfully responsive and highly professional contractor who takes pride in his work, is always accessible and took the time to walk us through the process. Our experience with his was second to none and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who has remodeling or contracting needs. No matter the scope of the job, he is attentive to detail and focused on customer happiness. Overall our experience was stellar, his product was top tier and his work rate was beyond compare. He bid the job accurately was easy to work with concerning change orders and he was always on time with work schedules and estimates.

We scheduled an initial consultation for a bathroom remodeling, and confirmed the details of the meeting for June 7th, at 9am. We cleared our schedule to ensure that we had sufficient time to go over ideas, plans, and budgets. The provider never showed up, and did not call.

I have no complaints at all. They did excellent work, no problems at all and they never had to come back to do any additional work.

They are a VA approved contractor. I am very, very pleased with them. They get A+ for everything. We have already recommended to three other people who are using them.
