When we started our renovation, we did not know exactly what we wanted. Curtis worked closely and professionally with us to complete our master bathroom tub-to-shower conversion and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Curtis worked with us to find great quality and timeless materials and he gave us an additional 6 inches in the new shower and increased the overall room size by suggesting a pocket door. It is now like a spa. Great ideas! He worked meticulously until the project was completed and throughout the project he made sure that important items were covered and protected ensuring a clean environment. Curtis was very helpful throughout the entire process. he helped to bring our creative ideas into each bathroom and worked through some of the design issues that we created. Curtis is very concerned about quality. He pulled up a couple of tile pieces that had been laid earlier in the day. I asked him why as I felt this was going backwards and unusual. He indicated that the tile was not level. I didn't catch that myself. The job took a couple of weeks longer than we originally agreed upon. Some of that was due to some supplies that we were waiting on though.

He promised he would not leave this job for another until all the work was done. Instead, within a week, he was pulling off for other jobs, did not have the experience to do the work (that was detailed out for him during the bidding process), and he arrived hung over on more than one occasion. Has terrible anger problems - getting mad when he can't find a tool or needs supplies. He was constantly having to borrow mine as he did not have the proper tools for the job. That's enough - bottom line - I wouldn't hire him to mow my yard.

They were neat and organized. They wrote an inital contract. The cost of the work was exactly to the penny what they told me it would be.

He was very good. He explained what he was going to do and did a great job.
