Description of Work: I contacted this business at the beginning of January to replace one of my skylights. They were courteous and the next day came out to measure my skylight. They ordered the correct skylight for me and quoted me a price. Then several weeks went by with no contact. When I recontacted, they said they basically forgot about me. But they came out in the next few days and replaced my skylight and from what I could see they did a good job. I contacted him several days later to pay for the service and he said he couldn't receive payment that day and said to contact him 10 days from then as he was going out of town. I was ready to pay right then and I had to work out the best way to delay payment. I don't understand businesses who make it difficult to pay! |The service itself was fine, but the handling of me as a customer could certainly have used improvement.
