Lupe, the owner, was very responsive to all our calls when something would come up during the remodel. His prices were very fare and his workmanship is spot on. We definitely would use Crystal Plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs! We highly recommend them.

Michael is excellent and attentive. He goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer ends up happy. Their prices were very competitive. They show up when they say and make sure to call if something changes. I wish more of my contractors were like Crystal Plumbing.

This was a multi-day project, they came when we needed them. There were a few emergencies that arose and they came right away. You couldn't have asked for anyone better.

After installing one tankless water heater under the license of the Master Plumber, Guadalupe Patino, I noticed significant water pressure loss and a second one was installed. When it was all said and done, I had to have another Plumber, Rodgers Plumbing, diagnose the problem and reinstall a new tankless water heater. Crystal Plumbing company performed wiring and plumbing without a permit and the plumbing was not up to code. The city inspectors came to my residence and investigated the matter. Crystal Plumbing was issued several citations by the inspectors. I did my research on this company prior to agreeing to the installation: checked references, BBB, Secretary of State, as well as, the Rinnai water heater website. I have settled with this company and do not want to have any contact with them-BUYER BEWARE!

I was really happy with the price Crystal Plumbing charged me for our new water heater. I purchased a good, energy efficient tank that qualifies for an energy rebate. They came right out when I scheduled the installation and were very courteous.
