I had the best experience working with Crow's Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a water softener and filtration system for our home. Their office staff were so nice and helpful. Jacob was our plumber we worked with. In my first meeting with Jacob, he arrived at our home on time to inspect our plumbing system and listen to our needs and concerns about our water. As first-time homeowners my wife and I had many questions, and Jacob made sure all that all of our questions we had were answered while he was there. He took the time to walk us through the options that the he provides, carefully explaining to us the pros and cons of various treatment methods and helping us properly size the system that would serve us best based on our needs and budget. When we followed up with him days later with more questions, he was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase we were considering, and that we were getting the best value. Jacob was also responsive to our installation needs, prioritizing our installation on short notice the same day we requested to accommodate our lack of availability during the week. The installation he performed was high quality, and again he took special care during install to teach us about the system. I had a troublesome plumbing problem and was extremely weary to do the fix myself because of the damage I would incur if something went wrong so I hesitantly reached out to Crow's Plumbing from Angi and I am very satisfied and appreciative of the great work they did. Paul and associate, I believe Josh, arrived promptly, performed professionally and efficiently and now my mind is at ease.

Both Karen, the customer rep, and Xavier, the plumber, were very polite and helpful. Xavier was conscientious of leaving my home the way he found it. He wore the footies that covered his shouts to protect my floors ( I didnâ t have to ask. He did it on his own). He removed and installed a bathroom faucet including a stopper. The area was so clean you couldnâ t tell he had been there. The price was in the upper range of the quotes I received, but for the job that was done, it was well worth it.

I canâ t overstate what a positive experience it was with Crow Plumbing from start to finish. Paul was simply awesome, in demeanor, customer service and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the issues I was facing, and provided the solution in no time. He also recommended a company for the water damage that showed up while he fixed everything. Additionally Paul supplied tips for future maintenance to avoid issues like I had, and double checked his work. When it came to pricing he was extremely transparent, and I knew I got good value. Simply put Crow gets the job done and I canâ t speak for other techs but canâ t recommend Paul and Crow enough.

I went thru Angieâ s List and this company contacted me. I needed specific work. I was told by customer service when scheduling thee plumber would bring everything needed to fix the job the same day. The plumber showed up after delaying the arrival time and gave estimates, the said theyâ d be back first thing in the morning. I asked Paul if they did veteran discounts and he said yes we take care of our veterans, he even said the owner was a Marine, I was like me too, I also was in the Arny as well. So when the bill was due, turns out I did NOt get a discount at all and on top of that the stopped which Paul said he count out with a razer was left out of the sink. I text customer service to get Paul back out to the house and he tries and canâ t get the stopper back in the drain, he says I canâ t get it back in because itâ s rusted out, I did see rust, but my thought was but you said you had to cut it. I hoped to have a great experience but unfortunately, that wasnâ t the case.

The technician Jonathan was amazing, explained everything. Great overall experience! So glad I called, great communication!!

Although the quote was higher than others that I received I still used them. $807 to run a snake and install a new toilet (I bought the toilet myself) was $300-400 higher than others. I needed the job done and went with their second option which was hand auger and install toilet $567. Justin was nice and explained everything.

Xavier was courteous, professional and very clear in his communication. Finished job quickly and with high quality.
