There were extra thoughtful touches to the installation that I never would have thought of. The master plumber installed extra safe devices. He also brought the plumbing up to code. Both the Master Plumber, "Junior" and his assistant were very polite. If I ever need a plumber again, I will request Junior and his young assistant. Eugene Schubeck

Very expensive for a simple gas hose change. Technitian did not have the standard replacement in his truck, so he had to come back. Not a big issue but for the price would have expected them to come prepared. Good service.

The lady who answered my phone call is very friendly and polite. The Technician Paul did a very good job - replacing the shower valve cartridge and the shower head. I provided him the (Moen) parts. The total cost of the labor is $347.00. The service time was about 30 minutes.

Crow's Plumbing Service was great. They came out as soon as possible, checked my water heaters for free, and gave me 3 options for my repair. After choosing one of the options, they fix the issue the same day. Very professional and honest.

they are genuine down to earth company that strives to provide the best they can. They sent a very knowledgable tech to troubleshoot our problem. the problem was not a plumbing problem so the tech pointed out the real problem and didn't try to sell us any thing.
