Did not do a proper check at the time of faucet inspection and way too expensive for the task at hand.

Ruben was the technician that serviced my water heaters. He was ver efficient, knowledgeable about equipment etc and extremely polite.

I understood and appreciate the time my tech took To explain my plumbing and then come to find out it was a water softener issue my main problems. so glad we got a solution, and they took care of it very fast

I made an appointment with this company; Kevin H. was the rep who came to assist. I made the appointment for Saturday at 0830 he showed up but only after I sent a communication asking if he were still coming. He said he was waiting on his sister to watch his kids, interesting that you allow a job to be scheduled when you have no sitter. In the Angie system the job said completed before he even got to my house to start the project. He got there and we chatted about the job he determined what part was needed and said he was going to Home Depot to get the part, called from there said he was going to Lowes as HD didn't have the part, over an hour later he called saying he couldn't find the part and asked if we could reschedule for Monday, and I agreed. Monday it was getting later in the day around 3:00PM and I reached out, he said he was taking his kids to Dallas, I'm thinking then why set Monday as the reschedule date. So, he comes on Tuesday dig's the part up and cleans it, I say I wanted it replaced, don't you think that would be better? e say's not necessarily but if you want a new one, I can do that, he said try it out for a few days and let me know what you think, if it's (water pressure) is not to your liking I will come back and put in a new one. I enjoyed the entire staff. Karen in the office is friendly, cheerful, and makes you feel like helping you solve your problem, is her number one job of the day. She makes you feel like you have come to the right place.The technicians Tim and Josh were also friendly, sincerely genuinely wanting to do the best job for you. They both were on time, telephoned me regularly to keep me posted when they would be coming or to let me know if the would be delayed. They were both knowledgeable about their job, kept me posted on each step along the way, and gave me options when possible. I have used Crowâ  s Plumbing several times and will continue to use them in the future.

Dispatch was able to send tech. Gus Drabik right away. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Prompt service and was able to finish the job the same day on time.

They came out quickly, but didn’t provide a time frame to expect them other than “tomorrow”. Pricing seemed reasonable and work done well.

It was $2,000 for the service. Very high price.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional! He did a wonderful job fixing my water heater problem. He also made some great recommendations to me that will help me tremendously in the future. I would definitely recommend his services to others. He should also be given a raise as he represents the company very well!

Crow's Plumbing Heating and Air's Technician, Jacob was very professional, honest and efficient. The work took less than an hour and his work was qualitatively excellent. My technician Josh was great. He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my plumbing leak issue promptly. Thank you. The only negative think I can say is that I think I was charged too much for the work that was done. That is a company issue that Josh probably had nothing to do with. I should've shopped around for different quotes on repair job needed. My bad.

Crow Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday morning. I turned the water supply off at the unit realizing this was an emergency. With no experience with hiring someone to replace it, I put a request in on Home Advisor. I received a call from Kay at Crow Plumbing. (Worth mentioning - I also spoke with Kay following the installation and she was just as friendly and shined as bright as Karen! Crow is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff!)She shined when it came to personality and really put me at ease. I am not exactly a lucky person, but I hit the jackpot when Gus arrived! He immediately made a great impression on me. Not just polite - he was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and explained what to expect. We sat down and discussed price, which was much less than the other companies that gave me quotes. Very reasonable and they could replace it the following day! Gus and Justin arrived at the promised time of 10AM on the dot! Immediately got to work. I was amazed how they worked together - like a well-oiled machine. They completed the installation in the time Gus told me it would take. I am a retired widow and over the past 5 years have been taken advantage of by other service companies. This was not the case with Crow! I highly recommend and trust Crow Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Technician did a "side repair" at no extra cost.

The main water line to my house broke and was running water on to the ground at 8-10 gallons per minute. After I got the water turned off at the meter, I called Crow's Plumbing. I picked them from Angi's List based on the number of very positive reviews. Their man showed up as scheduled, reviewed with me the situation and possible solutions, gave me an estimate to repair the water line, contacted his office to determine if any discounts would be available (and there was), completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. Happy to have water in the house again!!!
