Jacob was perfect! Professional and knowledgeable about our plumbing system. We had a water softener system installed by Jacob he was extremely helpful and informative about the entire process. He even waited for us when we were running late for our first appointment. Jacob and Crows was a great choice and we are extremely happy so far with the process. These guys are efficient and honest. They replaced our out dated water main which required removing part of the driveway. They were reasonably priced and doing the entire job was in the quoted cost of the project (e.g. pouring new concrete for the driveway). They were always on time. I can't recommend them enough.
